Every visit here is a pleasure, and the quality never dips. I highly recommend the Philly Cheesesteak. The meat is incredibly flavorful and tender, the onions and peppers are perfectly sautéed, and the cheese is melted to absolute gooey perfection. It's truly an authentic, satisfying bite that keeps me coming back. Even their cold cuts, like the Italian Sub, are a cut above the rest—piled high with fresh, high-quality meats and cheeses that stand out. Beyond the food, the service is consistently fast, friendly, and efficient. The staff are always welcoming and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is exactly what you want in a local, fantastic sub spot.

We don’t come here often but when we do it’s always the same guy working the front. I didn’t get his name but he’s always professional, kind and courteous! The food is also fantastic and THEY HAVE OLIVES! Thank you for having olives!

Ate There for the 1st time to just try it out and the overall experience was mid at best. the sandwich was not made how I had asked but I took it anyways. The sandwich it’s self was nothing fancy and In my opinion very low quality. I would even go as far to say that you can get a much better bargain from your local Deli’s pre-made selection. The bread was very dry like it had been sitting for a hot minute, the presentation was very lack luster not to mention when you are waiting for 15+ minutes you expect some type of WOW factor but instead what you end up with is Microwaved slop, not even toasted. Just slop. The customer service made me feel like this is a one and done, I am glad that I tried it for the experience of new places to eat In Bentonville but Lenny's is nothing to brag about. Customer service and friendliness 3/10 Quality and freshness 0/10 Price point 0/10
