The last several times I come to little Caesars they are only making orders for door dash No one is working and you basically are shown the door absolutely ridiculous this would be the Roger's and Bentonville locations

I wanted to share this review as this has happened 2-3 times. For religious reasons, I don’t eat pork. I order the cheese crazy puffs and they’ve come as pepperoni MULTIPLE times. The pepperoni is hidden under cheese so you don’t know until you’re pretty deep in and/or home. This is really disappointing to me. If you don’t eat pork, I don’t recommend ordering crazy puffs from this location due to carelessness of the folks working unfortunately.

Understaffed, and the three people there had the attitude of “I’m gonna go at the pace I want, I don’t care.” Waited over 30 minutes for a single classic pepperoni pizza.

I like getting Little Caesar’s here Because it’s cheap and easy. However, Every. Single. Time. that I call it takes atleast 3 retry calls or waiting while the phone rings for 10 minutes before someone answers. Ive gone in person aswell and watched them let the phone ring even while it wasn’t busy. Now this isnt to hate on the food because it’s exactly how it should be but rather unacceptable service. I hope they get better at this because it’s starting to get real annoying.

Came in at 9:45 and the guy with a bandana and facial hair said they weren't taking new orders or serve food. I was even gonna tip. Worst service ever. Don't recommend you'll drive here before close just to waste gas and leave hungry. Going to dominos now.

October 13th 6:30 p.m. I walked in the front door and saw 8 people including myself waiting to be helped. Stood there for 10 minutes and watched 4 goofy looking kids slapping slop together and NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE! came to the front to even acknowledge anyone. They say they are under new management but they need to fire whoever is pretending tj run the show in this dump!

I never leave reviews but I've come in so many times at 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 pm (not kidding) and they NEVER have any hot-n-ready pizzas available... and when we did get one it was so old we couldn'teat it! That's what they're supposed to be known for. Just disappointed everytime.
