My family love cajun food and the only slightly redeeming here were the fries and even they were heavily over salted which seems to be the theme here. I couldn't tell if I was eating gator or chicken. You get a full cup of roux and maybe a 1/4 of the actual meat and vegetables. Very disappointing. Won't be returning.

OHMYLANTA, I got the crawfish by the pound yesterday and it was absolutely delicious! Great spice to flavor ratio. I will definitely have it again. I also got to taste the jambalaya and alligator sausage po’boy and it was absolutely fantastic as well!!! They were all super friendly and good serving sizes. I will definitely be back!

Best southern food I’ve ever had! We were nervous about getting it out of a food truck but it was amazing!! Highly recommended!

Finally was able to catch this truck open! It was a nice day out- ordered Swamp Fries and a cup of crawfish etoufee. The menu has quite a few different options. Unfortunately, they were out of a few items but there was plenty more to try. Service was friendly, the water was room temp. It took around 10 minutes to get by order but I didn't mind, and the food was clearly hot and fresh. Swamp fries-- just look at them! A great sized portion. They fries were good and not greasy. The topping to fry ratio was almost perfect. Just a bit salty. Etoufee': good flavor, texture was good. Served with crackers, rice, a roll and optional hot sauce.

I grew up in Louisiana so I know what is great food from the state where I was raised and this is it. One of the main things anyone ever says about Louisiana is they love the food and I will tell you to come eat at this food truck. Excellent food and the owner Brooke was a delight to visit with as well. I had the crawfish étouffée and I highly recommend it. Definitely coming back here to eat.

Great seafood in Siloam! I got the fried shrimp basket (get the cayenne ranch!) and husband got the crazy Cajun Poboy! A little pricier, but good food! So happy to have found this place

Amazing food!! Loved the gumbo and beignets! Hubby said best crawfish pistolettes he's ever had!!

Wouldn't call what they have real Louisiana gumbo it's just a tick roux with chicken and sausage no okra or onions. Make better myself just takes hours

I am from Louisiana and know Cajun cuisine. This was as good as I have ever eaten. Great service! Great price and plentiful portions. Enjoyed the location too. It is downtown on the little water walk. I HAVE BEEN BACK AND WILL GO AGAIN! Better than a burger baby!

One of mine my wife’s favorite places. We’ve tried most of the menu now and have never left dissatisfied. The boudin balls are too good to be legal. And those po boys. Dang. We never leave this place hungry. We’d eat here every week if we could.
