Taylor is INCREDIBLE. The absolute best food service employee I've ever had any interaction with. If she worked at any other place I'd take my business there just for her great and professional demeanor. She is by FAR the best. Food is cool too...as long as it's made by Taylor! She's seriously the best. Will be a repeat customer! 10/10!!

I want to start off with we have always enjoyed the food received from Marco's we always were impressed by the quality and quantity and we have not had a unpleasant experience till now our order was a LG original deluxe with added jalapeños on 1/2 and added pineapple on the whole pizza we received a LG deluxe original crust 1/2 was deluxe jalapeños pineapple the other half was cheese and pineapple with very little sauce and a less than Luke warm pizza new crew for centerton or just a weekend crew who doesn't really care please I don't want to look for another pizza place sincerely Debby in centerton

The food was meh...The delivery driver couldn't find our residence and left a less-than-nice message on our voicemail. The food arrived cold.I've been ordering from this Marco's for a long time. This time, they failed me.

Ordered through Door Dash, had one item not delivered but was charged for it. Door Dash said it was Marco’s fault, so I called Marco’s to speak with a less-than-helpful worker. Told them the issue and they were unwilling to refund or rectify the situation at all. Will not be using Marcos again, poor customer service is always the downfall of all companies so good luck Marcos!

Used Door Dash for delivery, Marco's Pizza missed an item that we paid for and wasn't delivered. After calling the store, staff was unwilling to provide a refund or any option to rectify their mistake. Won't be using them again, very poor customer service.

It was a Saturday night and service for takeout was quick. The last time I ordered a pizza here about 18 months ago, the pizza was excellent. However, this time the two topping pizza we had was very sparse with the toppings and barely had any sauce or cheese. Such a disappointment.

Oct 31 placed an online order on the app to find out it was a 2.5 hr wait. Called the store and cancelled and was told my payment would be refunded. I have had 3 different conversations with the store and told the manager would call back and refund my payment and know one has called or refunded my payment.

Should be 1 star, I’m just too nice. Horrible service, front of house was rude and told me that my order was correct when it was far from it. Got a notification that my order was ready only to be waiting in a very disorganized lobby for another 50 minutes. Lots of smoke and an unpleasant burning smell inside the place as if there was something burnt. Don’t write reviews much but had to this time.

The best thin crust pizza in NWA! I've had their other crust and it's amazing but my favorite is thin crust. This place is so good. They are way better than your other pizza places and their delivery drivers actually care about what they do and it shows. Thanks Marcos for the great food and service. Keep it up!
