Spectacular! Our Airbnb hosts gifted us a bar of Markham & Fitz single origin dark chocolate, and it was so good we had to check out the store. We loved everything we tried, but the mousse was our ultimate favorite — the best we’ve ever had, with its contrasting textures, flaky salt, and not-too-sweet flavor profile.
