Went to the Sat night buffet. Salad was good but they had a bunch of pizzas no one wants or would eat. And they were still there when we left. Had to wait for anything normal to come out you could only get a piece or two and it was gone. And most of the tables were dirty and they left the clean up cart in the middle of the dining room the whole time
I wanted to enjoy the pizza buffet on a Saturday but I couldn't. Its just wasnt memorable or delicious. I wont be back
Amazing! Can't get any better
Good pizza and salad bar but housekeeping was difficult to accept.
Can't even give it a one star.I've had the worst food poisoning.I've ever gotten. We ate their last night march 4th 2024. Should have left when weverything was old.Nothing was updit.Did my husband said it tasted like metal. Be worst pizza I have ever eaten. Nasty salad bar. The cups had chips in them. The employees were grabbing pizza off the bar and eating it while they were working. Hair was.
Uncovered. They've got to be paying inspectors off
Been awhile since I was here , but I am glad I stopped by. It has that 80s vibe and some really good people working there 5 stars and thank you!

We were in town for my 2yr olds birthday. Pizza is one of her favorite things to eat. We were wanting buffet but it wasn't offered on Saturdays. No big deal. I had 3 teenagers and my husband. The girl at the register was going over some family specials they had going on. We were putting our order in and a couple had walked in. We were adding some extra items and finalizing our order. The couple walked out. At the next register there was an elderly female employee. She has been there in that area pretty much the whole time. The couple had left without ordering. She said " Great now we lost some customers ". The young lady helping us started apologizing to her. She said " oh I know it's not your fault". I paid. While I was handlng everyone their drink cups the elderly employee mentioned again that the couple had left. Another employee told her it was because buffet wasn't being offered. The way it was said made me feel like it was my fault for putting in a big order. We go get our drinks and the restaurant had NO ICE!!. I had already paid and everyone was hungry. Otherwise we would've left. It would've been nice if that was mentioned before ordering. We Sat at the back of the restaurant drinking our warm soda while waiting on food. Once it finally came out the pizza was very greasy. The rest of the order was ok. While we're eating we could hear the elderly lady cussing non stop. We don't care if people cuss, because we do too. But the way she was doing it was definitely uncalled for in my opinion for a family restaurant. The young lady that took our was very nice though. We definitely won't be going back.

Family of 3 went at 5 pm. There was no ranch dressing on the salad bar.. waited for that.... No ice in the machine. That never was fixed. Windows beside us covered in greasy hand prints. It was all just ugh.
As a fun bonus the restaurant was really smoky, I assume from something that had burned.
Went in at lunch time. Cashier was very friendly when she took our order. Ordered one buffet and one ham and cheese sandwich. Salad bar was low or out of various items. Pizza on the buffet was not being replenished quickly and what was there, had been there a while. One customer cleared her own table and went behind the counter and got cleaning supplies to clean her own table.
I had finished my food and my wife's sandwich has still not come out. This has been over 30 minutes.
I walked to the counter and could see them working on it, so I waited. As the person making the sandwich finished, the cashier said " that is his sandwich". When the lady handed it to me, I said this took over 30 minutes". I then started to walk back to my table and the cashier yelled " I'm sorry, you can see we are busy, do you want a refund? You can see we are slammed. I had 2 people call in" I walked back over in a low voice and said, " I would like you to lower your voice. I merely told you it took over 30 minutes, you do not need to yell for the whole freaking restaurant to hear." I then walked to my table. The cashier then yelled she needed a smoke break. When other customers came in she told them that customers had been yelling at her.
I totally get being busy, but this was not handled well. The cashier was already frazzled by the customer that kept going behind the counter to put up plates and get cleaning supplies. I will not be back.

On July 5, 2024, I placed a Door Dash delivery order for my family and myself. I understand it’s not the fault of Door Dash as they pickup what is given to them. Once I noticed my order was missing one 16oz Ranch and one 2-Liter soda, I promptly notified Door Dash and received a refund. They did their part.
Since Mazzio’s is up the street, I decided to go pickup these items since it would be quick. And let’s be honest, the Ranch is one of the main reasons your establishment is popular.
Upon pulling in the drive-thru, I let the Mazzio’s associate know what happened, that Door Dash refunded me, and I just wanted to purchase (1) 16oz Ranch and (1) 2-Liter Soda. He gives me a very strange look, as if he’s confused, and walks away. After a few moments, he returned and said his manager was busy and asked if I could park and come inside. Admittedly frustrated at this point, I told him I was not looking for a manager or anything for free. I simply wanted to purchase the two items and be on my way. He walks away again. This time an older bald gentleman with a goatee comes back and asks what I want? Which I found to be very unprofessional. I told him what I wanted, explained the situation, that I didn’t want anything free, no manager was needed, and I just wanted to pay for these items and leave. He LAUGHED and shut the drive-thru window. Now I had gone from annoyed to actually angry. While waiting, I saw a big sign on the window for all the positions this location was hiring for. I thought to myself, “Well, with a manager like this, I see why they can’t keep employees.” I’m a firm believer that managers like this do not simply just exist. They operate in this manner because they’re allowed to due to lack of corporate and/or upper management accountability.
I can’t in good conscience be angry with this gentleman, he’s simply following suit to the ethics and treatment his superiors have clearly allowed and perpetuated.
This has changed the way I view Mazzio’s and I will no longer patronize any location, and share my experience with friends, family, and colleagues. While that may not sound like much, I stand by my decisions after experiences like this one. It’s why Chick-Fil-A has not seen my business in 15-years.
I previously used Mazzio’s for weekly Family Movie Nights and for every corporate pizza party. Not anymore. There’s no doubt another option that will not treat a person in this manner. This would be the part I would ironically LAUGH.
