The price is good and their salad bar is very good but they are always low on pizza, always! You have to wait around for pizza and it's during lunch! Be more prepared.

I’m giving Mazzio’s 5 stars because every time I go, I leave full, happy, and never disappointed. It’s not some trendy pizza place trying to be cool nowadays it’s just good, classic pizza done right. And sometimes, that’s exactly what you need! It has a nostalgic feel to it from when I was a child, getting pizza from a birthday party!
The cheese dippers? OBSESSED. Super cheesy, melty, and perfect with the marinara. I could’ve made a meal out of just those, no joke. The WINGS! Cooked too perfection!! It’s so juicy and tender!! Especially with Mazzio’s RANCH!! If you haven’t tried Mazzio’s ranch you should!! I sometimes go there just too buy the ranch itself!! It’s that good!
Everyone was really nice, but things were busy here. It seemed like they were short-staffed, but they still checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed. I appreciated that a lot considering I don’t really see that much around anymore.

Went to Bentonville mazzios Friday June 20th 2025 at 5:30 pm. My sister and I were the only people there. Waited 7 minutes to be waited on ... everyone was on the cell phones. Had to wait for lettuce at the salad bar. When we got out pizza FINALLY .. it was nasty... the absolute worst experience at mazzios we ever had.. It is definitely not like it use to be... never going back

Slowest pizza place known to man. Omg let me get out of here....
Went to the Sat night buffet. Salad was good but they had a bunch of pizzas no one wants or would eat. And they were still there when we left. Had to wait for anything normal to come out you could only get a piece or two and it was gone. And most of the tables were dirty and they left the clean up cart in the middle of the dining room the whole time

Can't even give it a one star.I've had the worst food poisoning.I've ever gotten. We ate their last night march 4th 2024. Should have left when weverything was old.Nothing was updit.Did my husband said it tasted like metal. Be worst pizza I have ever eaten. Nasty salad bar. The cups had chips in them. The employees were grabbing pizza off the bar and eating it while they were working. Hair was. Uncovered. They've got to be paying inspectors off
