FILL UP THE FRIES FULLY. Everytime I come and order a fry it’s only halfway full if even halfway full. They’ve also given me half full medium fries when I’ve ordered large. It’s not that hard. Fill up the fries.

I pulled in the drive thru at 12:14 pm there were cars pulled in every single open spot waiting on orders as well as a car pulled up in the drive thru. They told me they had just gotten behind making the food. I had just driven by this location 30 minutes before and there was nobody in the drive thru. This is SUNDAY LUNCH. They couldn’t keep up with the food for lunch with no food ready? Received my food 20 minutes later with cold fries. Avoid this location

I visited this McDonald’s to let my child enjoy the PlayPlace and planned to purchase her a meal. However, I was told I couldn’t bring in outside food even though I have diet restrictions that McDonald’s can’t provide for me. I understand policies exist but I was still supporting the business by buying food for my child. A little flexibility or understanding would have made the experience better. The staff could have handled the situation more politely instead of making me feel unwelcome.

How many times do yall have to mess up orders? im paying extra money for this crap night shift needs to get it together. Yall see what the drinks have none of these are as order.. went back and a worker got into it with my partner saying they did it right there is no Oreo, no Carmel, or espresso in any of the tall drinks at all.. this is ridiculous this McDonald’s has gone down in service and quality in the past four years. No one in there cares about what they’re doing and it shows.

I legitimately cannot imagine being one of the most popular fast food chains in the world and not being able to fill your fries up to the LITERAL PRINT YOU PUT ON THE PACKAGING. Like every time I go to this location I think “hey maybe they’ll give me the food I pay for this time” and yet every time I’m given scraps and told to accept it! I will continue to document how terrible this location is until something is done, or the management changes. Please do what I say and not what I do and DO NOT give this location your money.

They messed up my order I said "bacon egg and cheese mic griddle" and they said it back and they gave me the wrong order! I DO NOT recommend going to THIS micdonalds! They gave me a sausage egg and cheese mic muffin
