terrible, order food online it takes a 2 hours to prepare leaving the driver to wait, order in store and it takes 30 to 45 minutes. ridiculous! also always have some problem with orders or things not being available.

Food was actually made perfectly which is why the staffs attitude made this rating so hard,they were very rude. Not just one but everyone 4 different staff members. One woman that handed us drinks an older woman at least said we were welcome after us saying thank you

I think the employees forgot this is a fast food restaurant This is the slowest place I have ever seen, do not go come here, go have a meal at a sit-down restaurant with real food and real people. It will be much faster and much more enjoyable!

I don't know what's wrong here. Maybe they forgot the 'fast' part in 'fast food', I always go ready with my mobile order but end up leaving because I'm not waiting over 10 minutes just to the get to the speaker. Unreal how slow this place is and dissapointing, guess it's making me have healthier habits though.

Waited 25-30 mins to get cold food with a hair in the fries. The employees had zero sense of urgency…we watched them move at a snails pace while the lines were continuing to grow. One person in particular had no hair covering with a very long pony tail whipping around and rubbing hands on their face. Overall it was a really gross experience do not recommend.
