Really disappointed in many experiences we’ve had at this location. Today I finally decided to leave a review because of the service this evening. I was waiting several minutes in the drive thru in the left lane before being helped, and almost drove away (should have in hindsight). Two cars in the right lane passed me before I asked for assistance through the speaker…at this point I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the drive thru was having tech issues, not a worry. They then took my order and upon receipt, I received only a portion of the meal ordered (4 nuggets and no fries out of a 10 ct meal). When I asked for a correction, I was told no because I didn’t order what I did in fact order. When I offered my card to pay again for my meal (I unfortunately declined a receipt so I had no visibility into what they keyed in as my order), the manager slammed the door in my face and the other associate only brought me fries. I ended up leaving without my meal and felt very confused and frustrated. I just wanted the food I intended to buy? This McDonalds is way too often a challenging experience…I’m still lost on why paying for my food again was such an issue.

This place and these workers CAN NOT get orders right. Always order online on the app. It literally lists out the ingredients and lists “NO ketchup, NO onions, NO mustard”, etc. They cannot, for the life of them, get a PLAIN cheeseburger right. Had to go through THREE times last week, 3 times, for a plain freaking cheeseburger. I guess they are the type of people where no = yes. A plain cheeseburger is literally as easy as it gets. I’m worried about the quality of work that they do for people who want condiments and all the extra because I have no idea how they’d manage without combusting from the difficulty.Went through again today, plain cheeseburger.. had ketchup on it. The manager said “sorry, one of the guys who is back there is deaf. Like excuse me? ? being deaf doesn’t mean you can’t read lmao I mean I’d hope they enforce their policy of having at minimum a high school diploma to work there but at this point I am not sure. Being deaf is unfortunate but has no baring when you order on the app with words ?Just save yourself and go to the one on Walton where clearly they are the most competent McDonald’s employees in the city of Bentonville.

I guess I'm just too old 54. I need some healthy food mcdees. This stuff is not working for me anymore. I still eat it sometimes. But I think about those fries left in the car that are still... 'viable'? A yr later...can't be good. Can't y'all make some more healthy but tasty stuff. Mercy
