Honestly I was over all disappointed. When I entered the drive-thru there was already a car ahead of me. I waited about 5 minutes for them to finish their order, and then it took another 10 minutes of waiting for their order to be delivered before I got to the window. This was at about 4:00 p.m. I ordered a muse burger (double cheeseburger) and a single cheeseburger and an order of fries, no drinks, all for $32.
I was a little startled at the price, but I expected it should be good. Sadly the burger was ordinary at best, and mediocre for the price. The BUN was lackluster smashed and tasted extremely processed, Patties had very minimal flavor, the only thing giving it any flavor besides grease was the Muse sauce which was more sweet than anything. All I know is an In-N-Out Burger for a third of the price would have been twice as good. The one positive note, the family size fries would feed a family of six easily and was surprisingly tasty. Once I got to the window the service was efficient and friendly. I will not be going back.

Super weird hours for a burger joint. Closes at 8pm? For this location (walking distance from several hotels) they should stay open later than the sit down restaurants in the area but for whatever reason: they have the most limited hours of all the area restaurants. You could still be ordering room service at 8 PM at most of the hotels and they have restaurants inside the hotels that are still open much later than this place. That’s poor positioning. I honestly don’t expect to see this location still open in a year. Their location across town has a big lunch rush but this one is highly reliant on hotel traffic but doesn’t seem to be serving them well.
I was here today and I witnessed that the cashier was treated as a customer and I was able to see how she kept her composure and handled the situation well! I didn’t like overhearing him be disrespectful saying that she didn’t know what the word patience meant. People can be so rude!! The food was to die for and service was great. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on a young lady who is clearly dealing with many customers.

Great burger and sea salt hand cut fries. Hubby got the Cajun fries. Not really spicy, just well seasoned. Muse sauce is a must try with honey mustard and spicy sweet BBQ. Flavor was really good, real beef! Fast service. Has a fast food vibe with a drive through and order counter but food was restaurant quality. Will definitely go back.

The ordering process at the counter was far more difficult than it should’ve been. Managers need to do more training of their employees. The gal taking orders needs help. Also, they don’t tell you that you have to pay for any toppings on your combo burger, but if you buy a burger that’s not a combo they don’t charge for toppings. Very bad business sense. They tell you none of this till you after you pay. Not a professional atmosphere at all from mgt down. The fries were good, burgers average. Thin patty. The drinks only come with boba style straws so you get large chunks of ice with every sip. We won’t be going back. Not at all worth it for the price. Also disappointing that they don’t offer a student discount and it’s right across from the campus! Also the drive thru was closed and the workers weren’t aware of it. Inside was clean.
