Love this little spot! We dipped in at 7 on a Saturday for a drink and fell in love. The atmosphere is perfect pub, the bartenders are amazing, fun, and fast on the draw. Love the place!

I’ve been to this bar many times over the course of years and I decided that after the last two occasions I came by, I won’t be coming back. The male bartender at the Night Owl has a bad attitude for no warranted reason. He completely embarrassed not only me but also my partner by yelling at us across the entire packed bar. We had ordered a drink and saw friends so we said hi, which they were sitting right by the counter. In that timeframe of less than 3 minutes, he was yelling at us to pay for our drink as if we were going to walk away without. We also asked to have our drinks dressed when he started to make them and he laughed and said, “No.” This 5 minute exchange was completely uncalled for as we were just two people trying to enjoy our night and get the drinks WE would ultimately be paying for. We won’t be returning until the customer service is fixed.

I am lightly inebriated and need to share this Jewel amongst Giants in Bentonville. The Night Owl Tavern has a unique texture of hanging out at a friend’s house, to mingling amongst the locals. It captures a hometown feeling that is close to being lost. The bathroom is clean, the furniture as well, the space is quaint and comfortable. I won’t lie, I caught feelings for it instantly. Maybe even more after seeing all of the love that has been poured into every detail of its decor. Treat yourself to a well crafted cocktail or finely curated spirit at this locally owned neighborhood spot.

Absolutely enjoyed watching Gregory wax poetic over the various whiskey on hand. Easily some of the best cocktails I've had. Looking forward to my next visit.

Did not have a great experience here. The staff was a little rude, the drinks were not great, and atmosphere was crowded and unwelcoming.
I hate that I had this experience but I went to this bar around 11:30 after a concert and just received my second drink at the bar. Pretty soon after the bartender spilt my entire drink on me and didn’t say a thing. About 30 seconds later I had a towel thrown at me and when I asked for another drink I was blamed for him spilling the drink on me? I know the customer is not always right but when the bartender spills my purchased drink I hope to at least get what paid for which was not the case here. Hope they can get better employees or better standards for their workplace.

My fiance bought a drink at the bar, the bald bar tender spilt the drink all over him, proceeded to tell him his “drink was in his way” (on the bar….) and threw a rag at him to clean himself up. My fiance asks for another drink, bar tender was adamant that it was my fiances fault, never apologized and never replaced drink. Awful awful awfully run establishment, especially for a Saturday night. Totally does not fit the typical nwa friendly hospitality!
