They do not have a way to call and ask them questions.

I was approved for financial aid and it was taken away for two semesters after being told I was approved for something that happened over a decade ago. I'm now in the hole for thousands of dollars and no way to pay for it.

I have a lot of experience with a lot of different colleges and universities. NWACC tops them all as being the worst college experience ever.

I have a kid in NWACC's Early College Experience program. Every aspect of working with that department has been met with the utmost incompetency. Since moving to Workday, those experiences have gotten exponentially worse.

It's crazy that college educated people can be this bad at running a college program. You would think that in the land of Walmart, a college could do better, but I don't think they can.

I think this level of incompetency is the best they can do. Sad too as it negatively impacts our younger generations who do not know any better and will think this is the norm in how college's operate.

Terrible communication. Throughout my experience with NWACC, I have had to call or email regarding different things, whether it be for something involving classes, student records, or enrolling. Every time I call, I have to sit on hold for a long time. Sometimes I sit on hold for 30 minutes, sometimes an hour. I understand that enrollment support has other students to assist, however, I have never dealt with something like this at any other school I have attended.

Always double charging me never getting my money back I want to cancel it bad service

Absolutely, by far, the worst experience as far as the cashier's office. We received one notification that my son had a balance due (Army hadn't paid their portion for his service...another issue all together). I explained to the cashier that we would be paying but needed time to transfer funds for a college savings account to the college. The woman told me they would not stop, \"their process\" as far as the bill owed. I explained this would take 2-3 weeks maximum. 2 weeks later, we receive a collections notice. Again, we try and call them and the collection agency to report that the payment literally crossed in the mail with the collections and could they remove from collections. The answer was an emphatic no. No grace period, no understanding that getting the funds transferred takes some time, no consideration that my son serves his country. 30 days and off to collections he goes. Would not recommend the college to anyone, any time. No compassion, no understanding and rude people on the phone.

Went here to get my GED and I passed all of my tests and will be getting my diploma here soon. However, the teacher I had rushed me into taking my pre tests for the actual GED tests and I told her I wasn’t ready for my social studies test and I failed it the first time. Also I had two really annoying classmates who were also getting their GED, which has nothing to do with the school, but you’d think for a 16-17 year old they’d be more mature about getting their GED and wouldn’t ask very d*** questions to hold up the class.

It’s a good way to receive college credit hours for a good price; however, don’t be surprised if you end up having to teach the material to yourself. Some of the professors here are really good, but others have ZERO business teaching college level material.

Best school I've been to so far! The teachers are very helpful. When I feel need to email them, they get back to me nearly immediately.. You can go either to class or online.. I love it!! (Not open to the publix)
