Anybody who is GF knows that there is gluten-free that tastes gluten-free and then once in a blue moon there is a place like Olly Makes! What a blessing for those of us who must always navigate tough decisions regarding our health and weigh the risks vs. rewards of eating out. I would not say that this place is cheap; but for anyone who has celiac ( or any other symptomatic autoimmune/allergy ) knowing that you are safe and that they are using clean, quality, organic ingredients is worth the price of admission!! The staff was sweet, the atmosphere was unbelievably cozy and the food was exceptional. So happy we found this place! My daughters and I were in heaven!!

Wish they had a vegan milk or creamer option for the coffee

As someone who is gluten free and health conscious, this place is amazing ! It’s rare to find a bakery where I’m not worried about the ingredients ! Everything I had was delicious .

This past weekend I finally got a chance to try Olly Makes Bakery. I specifically planned my visit from Las Vegas to Bentonville, Arkansas to visit this gluten-free bakery when they're opened. They're closed Sunday-Tuesday.

They're located in a cute Victorian house that has been converted to a bakery, with a few rooms converted to a place to sit and consume your purchases.

While there weren't as many options as I had hoped as only 7 baked items were available, I did enjoy the gluten-free & pork-free chicken, chicken-bacon and chive scone for $6.25 and a double-chocolate cookie for $2.50.

The other options were:
- $7 blueberry muffin
- $6 orange poppy seed bread (about the size of a deck of cards.)
- $5 sausage roll (about the size of a Twinkie.)
- $4.99 vanilla funfetti vegan cupcake
- $7 cherry seed bar (about the size of a deck of cards.)

I brought 3 other people with me and while my food tasted good, there just wasn't enough variety and the people I brought with me declined to order.

Also, to prevent confusion, this bakery needs to separate out the taxes on their receipts as separate line items. Currently, it looks as if they're charging a 10.5% sales tax when the tax rate is 9.5%. I have been informed that there is some additional tax to make up the additional 1%. It's unclear if this is true but having separate line items on the receipt would fix this issue. Nobody wants to be overcharged.

This is a dedicated gluten-free celiac, safe bakery. I’ve had so many different items from this bakery and every single time it is phenomenal. My top favorites are the lemon poppyseed loaf, mesquite flour brownies, and the chocolate chip muffins. My child loves everything from this location, the staff is incredibly nice and it is very clean. This is a favorite location in Northwest Arkansas that is celiac friendly. Be sure to try the Sergeant Pepper, savory scones, they must be warmed up and they are a meal unto themselves.

Pastries so good I thought this place was going to end up on the news for secretly using flour, but so far I haven't had any reactions!

I visited Olly Makes Bakery over the weekend during a trip to NW Arkansas. The sausage rolls were amazing, as was the scone. It cost a little more than I expected, but I was willing to pay for safe GF treats. I will be back on my next trip!

OMG! As a gluten allergy person later in life, I SO miss all the good pastries. However, this place has nailed it. Not like to crumbling orCardboardish stuff you normally find. This is top-notch GF stuff. Super friendly too.

Expensive, but yummy. I’m rating 4 stars on the food because of price, not flavor. Nice staff. Cool house.

I stopped in for some amazing bakery items everything was very fresh and the taste was simply amazing I took my order to go. I also got some extra items for later which were just as good but I would recommend eating those within a day or two because everything is so fresh it can spoil quite quickly.
