Anybody who is GF knows that there is gluten-free that tastes gluten-free and then once in a blue moon there is a place like Olly Makes! What a blessing for those of us who must always navigate tough decisions regarding our health and weigh the risks vs. rewards of eating out. I would not say that this place is cheap; but for anyone who has celiac ( or any other symptomatic autoimmune/allergy ) knowing that you are safe and that they are using clean, quality, organic ingredients...
As someone who is gluten free and health conscious, this place is amazing ! It’s rare to find a bakery where I’m not worried about the ingredients ! Everything I had was delicious .
This is a dedicated gluten-free celiac, safe bakery. I’ve had so many different items from this bakery and every single time it is phenomenal. My top favorites are the lemon poppyseed loaf, mesquite flour brownies, and the chocolate chip muffins. My child loves everything from this location, the staff is incredibly nice and it is very clean. This is a favorite location in Northwest Arkansas that is celiac friendly.
