Onyx Coffee Lab - Bentonville

The employees were so friendly and plenty of seating. Coffee was great. Highly recommend for an afternoon visit. Hot chocolate is amazing if you have a family member that doesn't love chocolate.

This place was packed on Halloween, most staff dressed up, always that one employee who refuses to participate & this location was no exception. I ordered a flat white to go, tipped $1 and I was given a look like, is that all?!?! So $6.40 I paid & stepped aside waiting for my coffee. Not much seating for waiting, every table & bench was full with single people with a laptop, hardly anyone seemed to have a coffee on the table just free ice water. Place seemed a little toasty and warm. Only waited a few minutes, put lid on and headed out, started drinking on walk to my car and it was lukewarm and very weak, maybe that’s how they do coffee in Arkansas?

It’s been a dream to come to an official Oynx cafe and it was wonderful! The layout was open and welcoming. Love their seasonal fall menu- I decided to have the black sesame maple espresso and the vegan egg focaccia. I enjoyed the chill temperature of the drink. It was smooth and flavorful. The focaccia was nice and warm- so filling and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try more and get some souvenirs. Cheers!

Beautiful place, has bike shop inside, close to downtown but not in the thick of things. Very eclectic atmosphere, valets, nice relaxing loby with coffee bar, cocktail bar, etc..

This is my favorite place and I never leave reviews but after my experience yesterday I feel like I have to. I ordered a drink around 2pm while there was no rush at all. I waited 15 mins for an iced drink while everyone around me got theirs really quickly. The hot drink maker was leaned over the counter talking to a boy for 10 mins, and the iced drink maker was talking to another girl just talking and ignoring my order. I understand having to wait when the line is wrapped around the shop, but not just because they’re standing there talking.

Great coffee, beans were top notch, great ambience, and nice employees. I went twice on my recent trip to bentonville. If i ever find myself back here i will without a doubt be back to onyx!

Onyx Coffee Lab in Bentonville is outstanding! The service was fantastic—Sarah was especially awesome, making the experience feel warm and personal. I ordered a Cortado, and it was incredibly smooth and velvety, served with a classy sidecar of sparkling water that elevated the whole presentation.

This is easily one of the better coffee shops I’ve visited. They also have an excellent selection of drinks and plenty of high-quality beans to take home. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

Excellent coffee and pastries. We went here several mornings for breakfast and had lattes and croissants. Ate inside- but there are table outside as well. Gets crowded do go early if you want a good selection of pastries.

Such a cool unique spot right at the center of downtown Bentonville! Definitely recommend!

This is the best coffee place in town.
No second thoughts. Me and my fam have gone here plenty of times. There was never once disappointing. I loved all their coffees. I would love to explore so I tried almost 85% in the menu by then. Let me brief a bit.

The seasonal ones - the top section keeps changing in the menu- my fav was when the berry mix shake came in it. ( May-June).

Onyx delight - consistent and classic taste if you don’t want to think much then this

Onyx matcha latte - best subtle matcha, the oatmilk has good blend with it ( I have tried only hot) pick when you don’t want caffeine but hot

Hail fellow well met - i personally liked it first time I tried then I didn’t like later maybe the ratio is not consistent

Salt mocha - different unique salt taste if you like to try something different

Nitro cold brew - was best best if you like black coffee!!!

Affogato - amazing quality and taste of chocolate.

Rest all I had once only so all were good! You can try any of your fav and won’t get disappointed

Food - I haven’t took any there sorry

Environment is amazing, need more space to talk then visit Roger’s Nancy!

Great atmosphere, either you want to work or chill while having your coffe this is a nice place to visit. I regularly take the onyx golden milk latte and have been trying different croissants. My favorite one so far is the orange croissant with a creamy filling, not too sweet and great texture.

The avotoast wasn’t my favorite, it was ok. I expected a tastier avocado.
