Legitimately the best bagel I have EVER had! We have lived here since March and for whatever reason I'm just now trying this place. My new GO TO breakfast place. I can't wait to go back and try lunch. The bagels are amazing full of flavor and the cream cheese is homemade and soooooo perfect I'm obsessed!!! I will be ordering these for my staff for every birthday from now on.

I knew I HAD to have a bagel before leaving Bentonville. In my quest to find the BEST place to give my business I came upon Ozark Mtn Bagel Co and boy am I sure happy I did! I was drawn to the photos and reviews of fellow patrons on social media - some local but many from Oklahoma where this company first got started. So to Ozark Mtn Bagel Co we went! The decision over which bagel and cream cheese to select became to much to bear, I was offered a sample of each cream cheese & that didn't help me settle my internal debate- however it was suggested I do each bagel side with a diff cream cheese and that was music to my ears. This bagel hit all the right spots! The staff was super welcoming and very engaging- I was fortunate to leave with the days leftovers as we popped in near closing and had a long trek home ahead of us. Thanks to their generosity I've been snacking on their delicious bagels every day since we left last Friday. I can't wait to get BACK to Bentonville so I can go visit them again! One star off from 5 stars for the following reasons... Labor day weekend/saturday 10 am there were all of 12-15 bagels left at best. The bagel in my opinion is a bit small and like others I felt dry. The big pig was good and full of meats and cheese. The staff all were very kind and helpful. We observed so many people leaving upon our arrival and discovery that bagels were gone. I mean tons, big groups of families/friends. Seems like a lot of money turned away that morning. Hope this helps to better gage your customers needs.

Ozark Mountain Bagels is amazing! They have delicious bagels, their cream cheese spreads are awesome and they're chocolate chip cookies are unspeakably good. The owner Sheila is a sweetheart and must be awesome to work for because every time I go in there, the employees are smiling, enjoying each other's company, and are very friendly and helpful.You should definitely give this place your business!

The bagels here are amazing as is BUT the workers are the best ? I came in one day right before a doctors appointment that I anxious about, and just an overall bad day in general, and the girl checking bc me out asked if I was doing okay and I just started bawling. She was so sweet and comforted me and it made all the difference ? ? ? love this place and would give a million stars if I could. And they gave me a free cookie ✨ ?

We had an amazing experience at Ozark Mountain Bagel Co! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job catering to my dairy allergy with no problems whatsoever and the bagels were great.

They had a 2024 goal board for you to write on. I wrote about getting married this year and before we left the owner or manager (not sure)brought out this nice handwritten piece of marriage advice. Just an overall wonderful experience.

I love this place! I eat gluten free and they had a gf option which I so appreciate, as well as delicious cream cheese. I got the chive and onion one and it tasted divine, even on the gf bagel! Go!

We tried this bagel Co for the first time around 10:30 am. We love supporting local businesses and try to choose them over chains as much as we can. With that said, no matter how much we wanted to love it, unfortunately we were very disappointed.
The staff and service was great! However, the bagels, cream cheese, and cinnamon roll were a huge let down. The bagels were thin and dry.
We ordered an asiago bagel sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese. We could barely taste the asiago, and didn't care for the microwave bacon.
We also ordered a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Neither of us could taste the blueberry at all. It may as well have been a plain bagel. The strawberry cream cheese was really pink, but also tasted like plain cream cheese. I honestly couldn't finish it. (If anyone is wondering, no we don't have any taste issues from COVID! Everything else we have been eating and drinking has plenty of flavor.)
We ate the cinnamon roll around 2:30pm the same day at home. We warmed it up to give it the best chance possible! The icing was great and plenty of it! However, the cinnamon roll was also dry and very mediocre.
As other reviewers have stated, we also wish they posted prices. I was going to get a coffee, but didn't know how much they were so I passed.
As much as we wanted to love this bagel Co and choose it over Einsteins and Panera, unfortunately we will not be back.

I have been visiting OMBC for almost a year now and have had great experiences every single time. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, and the bagels are delicious! Can never go wrong with anything on the menu. I can’t recommend or say enough great things about OMBC, and anyone that walks in won’t be disappointed!
