This place isn’t it. $17 for a bowl of Mac and cheese and a drink? Apparently their prices have doubled over the last couple of years but there’s nothing particularly good or unique on the menu and it’s all more expensive than almost anywhere else. For the prices, you would expect gourmet food not frozen and reheated.
Also, pretty rude staff. When I placed my buzzer on the counter to pick up my food they corrected where I had placed it instead of just picking it up and putting in their designated spot that isn’t even visible from where I was standing. Truly horrible location.

I’ve always loved Panera, but this was just horrible. The place was absolutely disgusting, trash was everywhere, food was on the walls, and tables were all dirty to the point I didn’t sit down. My lettuce was also brown and the cookie was so dry I hit it on the table and it didn’t break.
The service was horrible. That man walked up to the counter without saying a word. I said I need a second and he didn’t even respond. I took about 20 seconds and he asked if I was ready in a rude and half asleep voice.
I would not recommend this place at all. I feel bad for the owner.

Who’s the genius putting the core hard bit of the lettuce in the salads? I’ve been eating here for lunch for almost a year and it never fails, are yall using it to make it look more full or do you genuinely think people eat this part?

Older gentleman took my order. Super rude, asked if chips were ok and I asked if I could do a soup instead (didn’t mind paying extra) and he just said no. Just go to schlotskis better food, better service, better portions. Never returning.

Typical Panera. Camped out for almost 2 hours waiting for another venue to open. Could be a tad cleaner.

I usually never leave a bad review, but the customer service at this store was horrible. I went through drivethu and the lady taking my order was so rude to my son. Once we paid for our order we left and started looking in the bags and our order was not right and an item was missing. We drove back to fix our order and inside the store the lady that helped us was very rude and unpleasant. Waste of time , never going back.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Panera Bread was very disappointing. I placed an order through the Panera app at 7:30 PM and waited over an hour with no delivery update. When I called the store, the employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. She blamed DoorDash for the delay, even though the app never mentioned that DoorDash would be fulfilling the order, and she couldn’t even confirm whether my food was ready. A few minutes later, I received another call from Panera informing me that they were out of Broccoli Cheddar Soup—over an hour after I had placed my order. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating.

I come in here regularly to pick up orders and never had an issue u til now. Not sure who it was, but she was very rude. Tried showing her my screen to verify the orders I needed picked up and wanted to argue and threaten to ban me because I got defensive for her coming at me. She was also rude with the people ahead of me also picking up orders.
