What I got was the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was amazing. This was my first time my daughter works there and and again. It was just a wonderful experience for the first time. The people that were there were amazing. And I would recommend going to Panera Bread for. Lunch. Or dinner or breakfast anytime.

The staff was very kind when I ordered. However, speaker wasn't working well so ordering was frustrating for both the employee and me as I had to repeat my order multiple times. Then I got back to my hotel room and the bread was so tough I would have needed a steak knife to cut it. So I called to let them know and ask for a credit on my account. Nope. No credit. The gal who claimed to be a manager said there was nothing she could do. The Panera Bread I go to in Arizona would have apologized profusely and given me a credit (although I have only had to ask for that once). The best part if Panera Bread is the great service and usually very yummy food. If I lived here, I would avoid this Panera Bread at all costs. Maybe that's why they weren't very busy at 7:00 pm.

I don’t know who was on drive through at 11 but she was extremely rude and threw my food in my car. I almost turned around and went back inside. I work in the fast food industry too, I understand it’s hard. However throwing food at a costumer into their car and calling them stupid is extremely unprofessional and disgusting.

Adel sucks at customer service. Gave me a rock hard bagel that wasn’t cut or toasted. When I asked for it to be toasted she said I should have asked in the first place and she wasn’t going to do anything about it. I normally really like this place but kinda ruined my morning. Also gave me a fork so I had to go in a 3rd time to ask for a knife. For a $5 bagel, pretty annoying.

We have been to this lication several times over the years, and it has consistently gone downhill. The staff is unfriendly and untrained. The food portions have shrunk along with the quality, while the cost has gone up. My wife and I grew up in St. Louis, where St. Louiss Bread Co./ Panera Bread was founded. We've always had an affinity for the restaurant and have dined at eaisly 20 different locations in 8+ states. This is the worst one consistently, and unfortunately, we have decided to no longer patronize this one.

I love Panera. Just not the Bentonville location. The food is great when its right. Make sure you yell into the broken speaker. If you don't they'll let you know they can't hear you anyway. I went for tuna, got home with chicken salad with whatever in it. Thank God I'm not allergic to the nuts because that could cost someone their life. Literally, I could have died. Thats better than the wrong soup I got last time. Which also, could have cost someone their life. Maybe it's the messed up speaker, I don't know. I'm hangry and this chicken salad is not fulfilling me. Which brought me here. Have a good one Panera!
This is the standard Panera but I noticed that it was a bit messy. Dirty floors that stuck to the shoes and bathroom needed attention. I did like that they gave you pager so you could get your table and pick up the food when it was ready.

I spent 25.00 ( gift card ) on a kids meal and a cookie 👀 idk how this place stays in buisness lmao. Other than the nice cashier lady the staff was ok. Seemed busy/ robotic. Nothing special. Wasn't extremely clean or dirty but lots of flies. It's also a pain to pull in and out of. 10/10 don't recommend. I'll make you a sandwich for half their prices 🥴
