I love Panera. Just not the Bentonville location. The food is great when its right. Make sure you yell into the broken speaker. If you don't they'll let you know they can't hear you anyway. I went for tuna, got home with chicken salad with whatever in it. Thank God I'm not allergic to the nuts because that could cost someone their life. Literally, I could have died. This is the standard Panera but I noticed that it was a bit messy. Dirty floors that stuck to the shoes and bathroom needed attention.
I did like that they gave you pager so you could get your table and pick up the food when it was ready.
