@Donna the GM I would like a response please! We have been a Papa John’s customer for a while and have been very patient when it comes to delivery (even though the app states between a certain time) as we understand you are short staffed with drivers. But tonight really is not ok. I guess you all are using DoorDash now to help with deliveries?! The app showed our order was delivered, but never received. So I called and spoke with the “manager” on duty and all he could tell me is there’s nothing he can do as it was delivered through this service. I explained that I ordered on Papa John’s app and not through DD. He said it’s out of his hands. Now we are having to wait another 30 minutes (if we’re lucky to get it in time) and looking at 1.5 hours for our pizza to arrive. @papajohns please do better!

rude, didn’t let me pick up uber order bc “the pizza drops 5 degrees” ??????

There is a big lady who works often and is always rude with a nasty attitude towards dashers and could care less about her customers .

Staff was very rude and would not let me pickup my uber order. You guys need to seriously speak to your employees about being more considerate. Not ok.

I ordered 10 pizzas from them for my son's birthday party. I request them to be ready at a certain time. They were not. They told me I had 5 or 10 minutes left. No big deal. While waiting on the pizzas " exploded" and they had a remake it. On the good side they gave me the bad pizza for free.

The pizza was really good in high quality. The manager was super nice and apologetic about the wait. I'll definitely be going back.

Atmosphere doesn't really apply here since it is not a restaurant, so 5 stars because the place is clean. The pizza is done really well here I have never received a poorly made pizza from here. The Papadia was a bit of a disappointment it had next to no sauce, small, and $8.99. The pizza is great though! They don't skimp on the toppings and they are consistent. I paid $54 for for a Large Works pizza, a medium cheese pizza, and a pepperoni and meatball pizza papadia, and 3 extra sauces, and a 15% tip ($6 and change). Pretty expensive but everything is these days unfortunately. Overall this is my favorite around here over Marcos, Simple Simon's, Casey's, Domino's, and Pizza Hut.

Pulled in about 430 pm on the way home from workm perfect timing beciae we missed the big rush or orders and the choas that comes on a Friday night. I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2L rootbeer inside. Then I waited in my car for 10ish minutes before heading back in to pick them up. They were slicing them and handed them right to me by the door. They were quick, correct with my order and the back appeared clean and tidy.

Ordered pizza and it was never delivered. I came to get a refund the next day and the “GM” said it wasn’t an option and I could only get a store credit. After arguing with her for so much time she “forced” the system to give me a refund. She was very unprofessional and rude. Never will order again from this location.

I was a little disappointed whenever we showed up at the time of the restaurant opened and the kitchen was unable to prepare food at least a half hour later. In my opinion or whenever restaurant is set to open it should be able to ready to cook at any time after being opened and should be ready to cook all the way up until the time it closest.

Ordered my first and last pizza delivery from Papa John’s on Walton last night. Pizza had at least two inches of crust without any toppings. I ordered chicken and veggie pizza. It had slabs of onion and a few green pepper strips. Very little chicken. The GrubHub delivery was great. The food was bad. Will not order from here again. Will definitely use GrubHub tho!
