Don’t recommend at all. We were very disappointed as much as everyone raves about this place. Three things: food, service, and atmosphere make a restaurant good. The atmosphere was fantastic. Small, cozy, warm.
The service was terrible. We waited 45 minutes before our entree order was taken. Our server was nowhere to be found. As expensive as this place is, the service does not match. We sat for 30 minutes with empty water glasses. Not sure what happened with our sever or if they were short staffed, but paying $300 for a meal for 4– you expect a certain level of service of which I’ve had better at Chiles.
The food was not great for how expensive it was. The duck was room temperature when it came out and the fat was not rendered. The sauce for the short ribs had so much salt it was disgusting, the lamb was dry, and the filet mignon was bland (across all entrees all four of us got). The appetizers were good, though.
We won’t be back here… disappointing because I thought this would be a quick favorite but the price did not match the taste of food or the service.

Petit Bistro is hands down the best place to eat in Bentonville. We have been here numerous times and not once have we had anything that didn't taste amazing. By far our favorite spot in town. The owner and his wife are wonderful people and have done amazing with this place!

Petit Bistro has been my favorite restaurant in Northwest Arkansas for years. The menu has evolved over the years to include French type and American type food. The quality of the food has been excellent and the ambiance of the old house on a nice piece of land on north Walton Boulevard is very relaxing.

This place is so charming! Great for a quiet, cozy nice dinner for a date night. It's fairly small and we loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff had us well taken care of. The same gentleman who greeted us was our server and from what I could tell very efficiently and kindly took care of the restaurant's patrons this particular evening. I went with the Chateaubriand Shitake Pasta. Quite tasty! I am a bleu cheese lover but my one critique is that I don't think the flavor goes great with the otherwise wonderful ingredients to this dish. We had a truly great experience here and I'd love to come back and try more of their menu.

Celebrated my wife's birthday dinner here with my family and we had a wonderful time. The location was quite unique since they fully leaned into being cozy and intimate contrasting the modern look of may other high end restaurants we've been to. The service was excellent and while the food was not completely authentic, most of our dishes were 8-8.5 out of 10. The cous cous was the best we've had. Mom and wife enjoyed the sea bass and seafood pasta. The short ribs were a bit salty but still enjoyable. The grilled brie appetizer was also a crowd pleaser. Would definitely return again if we are in the area since we love French inspired cuisine.

As someone in the service industry for many years it’s always hard for me and my partner (also in service) to find a good restaurant for special occasions. We celebrated our anniversary here and I’m so glad he picked out this place! It was perfect and the service was personal yet not ontop of you! Best filet I’ve had in years… literally butter. He got the pork chops and he loved every bite! We were worried about a 6:45 reservation with this place closing at 8pm but we never felt rushed at all. Does get a little loud if full inside but we had no issues! Overall we loved it they were very attentive and made us feel special!

I booked this place for my wedding reception, and honestly, it was the best decision ever! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Jason, the manager, was so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — and the rest of the staff were just as amazing. The venue itself is stunning — peaceful, cozy, and full of charm. We chose a family-style meal, and wow… every single dish was next-level delicious! You could tell how much care went into every bite. And the drinks? Just as incredible! 🍹 This was hands down the best dining experience of my entire trip — maybe even one of the best of my life. If you’re anywhere near the area, I 10000% recommend stopping by and experiencing it for yourself. You’ll be so glad you did!
