Do yourself a favor and go to another pizza hut or a different pizza place all together. I have been to this location 3 times in the last 2 months I have in Bentonville. They have messed my order every single time. They've given my pizza away, made the wrong pizza, and tonight I had to wait 30 minutes past the pick up time to finally get my pizza. No 'hey we're going to compensate you for our mess up' or anything. Just kept telling it will be done soon or it's about to come of the oven. 30 minutes past pick up time. I won't be going back this location and you shouldn't either. Good luck.

This Pizza Hut has some serious struggles. We ordered online for pickup: 2 large pizzas and some cheese bread. Once we got to the store, it wasn't ready, but we didn't mind waiting. Almost an entire hour passed and the pizza still wasn't ready. Order updates were confusing. We were told they were remaking our order multiple times? Staff seemed to be avoiding the front counter and most of the employees were folding pizza boxes with only one person working on orders. Other people came and went with pizza who had ordered after us. Finally, when a staff member reappeared, we canceled the order and went to a different pizza place.😟

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever, ordered on the app at 4:50 expecting a decent wait because it’s Halloween ordering the two medium pizzas seven dollars each. Did not deliver till 7:15! Called asking what happened, first call while I was get the address for my work, call ended on me, second call put on hold. Finally gets confirmation, 15 minutes later it shows up. The pizzas were cold. Terrible service.

Ordered 3 pizzas tonight with 2 of them with black olives but one half of one with just cheese. Delivered with green olives all over and when I called the person on the phone said that wasn’t true because they don’t have any type of olives. Clearly I had pictures. They wouldn’t replace and refused to let me speak to a manager. Said the manager would call me back but 2 hours later they still hadn’t so I called back and was told that the manager wasn’t going to call. Spent $50 on pizza that my kids won’t eat and they won’t replace.

The reviews are terrible for a reason. Ordered a pizza tonight and got there around pick up time. 3-4 minutes passed and still not done. No big deal. All the sudden I see a pizza that looks like mine come out and the worker tells another worker to make another once exactly like it. Doesn’t say anything to me other than “it’ll be ten more minutes”. When I had already waited over 30 for something that said 15. Didn’t explain why - nothing. They’re more concerned with “messing up” pizzas so that they can eat them because lord were they quick to call dibs. Then once it was finally done, the employee just walks over and sets it on the counter and walks away. Everyone else was handed their pizzas. I did nothing other than make him do his job by ordering? They didn’t greet customers. Customers were standing for 5+ minutes without being greeted even though their pizzas were done.

I've never been disappointed by this pizza hut! The food is great, and the staff are so polite, especially when there's a mess-up (and that's very rare). I come here at least once a week for a personal pan. If I HAD to make a complaint, it'd be that I get regular cravings for the hut dust. It's so good for just a seasoning?? 10/10, 5 stars, however you wanna say it. I'll be coming here for a long time.

Ordered directly from the pizza hut app. It told me it was out for delivery. Says it's been delivered at 9:16 meanwhile I still have no pizza... called the store and was told they no longer have a delivery driver. They can remake my food but I will have to pick it up

Got the big new Yorker, so thin it had a hole in it and apparently double pepperoni means 25
