Pizza Hut

The reviews are terrible for a reason. Ordered a pizza tonight and got there around pick up time. 3-4 minutes passed and still not done. No big deal. All the sudden I see a pizza that looks like mine come out and the worker tells another worker to make another once exactly like it. Doesn’t say anything to me other than “it’ll be ten more minutes”. When I had already waited over 30 for something that said 15. Didn’t explain why - nothing. They’re more concerned with “messing up” pizzas so that they can eat them because lord were they quick to call dibs. Then once it was finally done, the employee just walks over and sets it on the counter and walks away. Everyone else was handed their pizzas. I did nothing other than make him do his job by ordering? They didn’t greet customers. Customers were standing for 5+ minutes without being greeted even though their pizzas were done.

I've never been disappointed by this pizza hut! The food is great, and the staff are so polite, especially when there's a mess-up (and that's very rare). I come here at least once a week for a personal pan. If I HAD to make a complaint, it'd be that I get regular cravings for the hut dust. It's so good for just a seasoning?? 10/10, 5 stars, however you wanna say it. I'll be coming here for a long time.

Ordered directly from the pizza hut app. It told me it was out for delivery. Says it's been delivered at 9:16 meanwhile I still have no pizza... called the store and was told they no longer have a delivery driver. They can remake my food but I will have to pick it up

Got the big new Yorker, so thin it had a hole in it and apparently double pepperoni means 25

Got the $19.99 pizza and wing deal X 2. Great bargain and pizza and wings quality were really good. Much better than I recall from the Hut.

Do not waste your time with the Pizza Hut on Airport Boulevard in Bentonville there is one person working on a Saturday that came to the register and told me that he would help me as soon as he could and left me standing there for 10 minutes me being the only customer in the store and him being the only employee this is after I called the store to make a pickup order first and got hung up on the store has freshly opened and is horribly ran go somewhere else save your time and your money

The food is always good, the last time my cheese wasnt fully melted but thats not my stickler. This time it took way longer than it normally does, idk if they're just busy or if theres a new guy on shift, but ive ordered here multiple times and its never taken this long before.

I ordered my food at 10am, when they opened. It took almost 2 hours and I never got updates on the tracker… it just showed up via DoorDash (i ordered direct from Pizza Hut site). When I tried to call the store, the phone was off the hook. The food arrived cold and is only 3 min from the store.

Lots of emloyees but their was no one helping the new associate to take orders and you could tell he was struggling. Part of my order was cheese sticks and I said no garlic butter stuff on it or seasoning just plain and the guy asked for help while taking order and I could hear no one trying to help him, which caused the location to mess up on my order and I came to pick up and I still had to wait 5min for them to remake my order.

Bryce and banca, Took care of my order and ended up delaying it, which is why I ended up getting a cold pizza thanks to their delay and also a dual order transaction not only that they made this situation painful and seemed arrogant enough to not care. Would keep an eye out on the sanitation. Not coming back again, to this Pizza Hut location.
