I have been twice to this place, because for some reason it’s almost impossible to order delivery, in both instances there have been mistakes in the orders and they are not ready by the time they were supposed to be. The place doesn’t look clean and employees come to the desk and grab credit cards, money, etc. and then they go back and grab ingredients with their bare hands. This is definitely the last time I come here or even order from Pizza Hut.

If you're going to use Door Dash drivers, you should make customers aware. I don't expect messages from door dash when I order from Pizza Hut.

Placed online order at 2pm for a pick up at 6 pm on 12/8/23. Showed up to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Then they couldn’t locate the entire order so they had to remake it. Then this pizza came out. Burnt to a crisp.

First time picking up take out pizza at this location and will not be back! Online order said that it would be ready at 6pm, arrived at 6, saw that my order showed as being ready but no one could find my order. Was told multiple times either that “it must be in the oven” or “it’s about to be boxed”. I left 25 minutes later with my order, finally with one pizza cold (it was ready by 6 but left out of the warmer), one pizza burnt, and breadsticks “well done”.

Mysticridge Farm

Website ordering didn't allow for specific time of ordering. Called the "800" generic number listed for this location, automation was confusing and didn't give option to place order. Live customer service was connected, but she gave the incorrect number to Bella Vista's location instead. Ordering pizza shouldn't be this hard.

Ordered carry out with contactless curbside pickup. Called when we arrived and let them know we were there and they said “okay” so I asked how that works and was told to “come in but it’s probably not even ready”. I asked how much longer it might be and was told “I don’t know”. It doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing yet, hopefully they undergo customer service training and turn it around

Ordered delivery- it doesn't even deserve 1 star! It said it would be delivered at 10:14 pm however it was closer to 11. The Supreme pizza did not have the added black olives and I don't know what to call the cheese sticks. I do not recommend

One and done. My wife went in today to pick up 3 pizzas, and requested pepper flake and parmesan packets (pretty much what you get from any pizza place). She was rudely told, "These cost $1." I am now regretting that I tipped them for a pickup order, and will definitely not be going back.

Do not order! When I called - the man sounded nice. No red flags yet.... 2 hours after I called - still no pizza. I never got a pizza. I will never EVER order from Pizza Hut again. What a shame that a place like this is still doing business.
