The location and atmosphere was great. Other than that it was just ok. The server acted like he couldn't be bothered to help us, even though we were there before the rush. He never offered to refill my coffee until we were literally packing up to leave and my eggs were extremely runny and mushy for supposedly "over medium." I was just under impressed for as much as I've heard great things about this place.

The Pressroom did not disappoint! We met our niece and her husband here for brunch at their suggestion. It was a lovely meal. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the steak and eggs, my wife had the chicken Caesar salad. Our niece had the chicken, Sammy and her husband had the regular breakfast. The breakfast sausage was weird, and not very good. That was the only complaint at the table. 2 of us tried it, and agreed with the assessment. The eggs were beautiful and likely farm fresh with their incredibly rich orange yolks. So good!! The steak had a lot of pepper and the hashbrowns were a bit greasy. But both were delicious. The failure here is the service. They made us wait a half hour for a table when the restaurant was about half full. But then I think we figured out why because the service was pretty slow. I won't call out our server by name, but he was not in a hurry to do anything including return to the table and take our orders or buss the tables when we were finished. We would probably return just because the food was pretty good. But I hope they are able to pick up their service a notch in the future.

I had walked by this place 50 times and never went in because I thought it looked a bit too "fancy" for lunch. I was so wrong. The inside is super nice, but very comfortable and welcoming. Service is excellent and so is the food. I have had the most consistently delicious meals there and that is only from the lunch menu! The chicken bowl, the chickpea balls, and the chilli lime fries are my go tos. I can't wait to try out the dinner menu. Hands down some of the best food in NWA.Had the burnt ends mac n cheese and some tomato soup for lunch - awesome. Consistently great food and service.

Great location and atmosphere. Slowish service. The cinnamon rolls were overcooked. The bacon was extremely undercooked. The hashbrowns were a little raw under the outside browned layer. Meh.

Before arriving I had read some negative reviews about the fries. I am happy to say that the fries were actually quite good. Our waitress was the best, very friendly and positive.

Great space and surprisingly open seats when other nearby restaurants had waits. Give this place a try! Brussels sprouts were fantastic! The crispy chicken sandwich got a rave review. Only criticism was the vegetarian Reuben sandwich had very little eggplant and one small portobello. Needed more fillings. Server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and bar offerings.

Heard good things about this place, only to go give it a try, and was shockingly served a grosssssss RAW steak that taste like LIVER. I ordered it medium rare! and it had a weird funky ODOR to it and it was cold!! We were left shocked!! WHo knows maybe the kitchen crashed? but it was pretty bad I did eat 2 pieces and had to spit it out in my napkin! it made my stomach hurt so so bad that evening. Extremely disappointed? The Mac n cheese was watery with 0 flavor tonight as well. It was NOT what we expected at ALL!!! The drinks were ok tho, and the French fries were good and the server was pleasant; not her fault the food was pretty disgusting. Definitely better restaurants around this area than this place. Good atmosphere and surprisingly spacious for a downtown venue. The coffee is flavorful and not burnt like many diners have, the eggs are cooked to perfection however you choose to order them, and DEAR LORD if it has a biscuit, get it.

We ate here with a party of 7. We arrived around 7:30pm, the restaurant was at around half capacity or less and we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. After being seated we were greeted by a waitress who had a depressing attitude and clearly did not want to be there. Drinks and food were ordered immediately since we were very hungry so our order was put in immediately. After watching the bar tender talk to the only 2 people sitting at the bar for 25 minutes, he finally decided to make our drinks which we received 30 minutes after ordering them. Then the food took another 15 minutes to come out. All in all not a good experience, would not recommend this place over any others at the bentonville square. Food was decent but some of the fries were literally frozen and the time it took for us to receive the drinks was ridiculous.

Such a great spot in the downtown square of Bentonville. This restaurant does a great job at bringing together a modern experience without compromising on the comfort. The food was very yummy. We got a delicious Mac n Cheese, Grilled Chicken Salad, and hot brownie with ice cream for dessert. I was very impressed by how tasty the chicken was on the salad (was so much more than just some pre-packaged chicken which gets grilled up and is the sorry excuse for most salads). The hot brownie was also melt in your mouth good. Would highly recommend giving this spot a try!

The appetizers and entrees were meh but the dessert, cocktails and atmosphere were amazing! A little pricey but nice for a GNO or date night.

Made a reservation for a work dinner since it was only a few places that permit reservations on the square. When we showed up the place was pretty empty at prime dinner hour. Service was fast and friendly, but the food left much to be desired. Anyone who got fries with their meal said they were far too salty. The same was said for the pork chop and chicken sandwich. The Philly cheesesteak seemed to be covered in an aioli that overtook the entire meal. I got grilled chicken on a salad and it was the opposite- incredibly peppery. I even like pepper and this was nearly too much for me. It's too bad that not one person was satisfied with their meal because the service, ambiance and location are all stellar!!
