Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Well, it was not busy when I stopped by for a chicken tender sandwich and the wait was horrendous. If I had not already paid, I would have rage quit. To make it worse, the food wasn't hot when I got it.

Do NOT!!! I ordered through door dash, twice in one night. Most definitely my because I was that hungry. First order can delivered incomplete. 2nd order came incomplete. Door dash their job and refunded the missing items. RC did NOT do their job in fulfilling the order. Restaurants are good to blame door dash, but they deliver, they don’t provide the order to be delivered. Do Better.

Raising Cane's delivers great-tasting food with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. The chicken tenders are flavorful, the Texas toast is a standout, and the Cane’s sauce ties it all together. However, one noticeable downside is the portion size of the fries—they’re often smaller than expected, leaving you wishing for more. Overall, it’s a solid experience, but a little more generosity with the fries would take it up a notch!

I am genuinely sorry I have to do this, but after the food I just received I have to warn others.. I just went to this Cane’s and was supremely disappointed. I usually love this location, and get it as a treat for myself after a long day. That is why I stopped by today, I had a very long and tough day and wanted to have something delicious when I got home.
I was quickly extremely saddened when I got home, EVERYTHING I got was cold, and not only cold but either raw or soggy. Mind you I live a mile from the store and it takes less than 5 minutes to get home, I was also the only one in line and got through the drive through in about a minute (which is suspicious in itself because everything is supposed to be cooked to order.)
The bread was almost stale but soggy at the same time, the french fries were raw and cold, the chicken was cold, unseasoned, and every piece had tendons I had to either chew through or spit out. The sauces were extremely bland, which is unusual for this location, and everything needed seasoning. This location is usually spot on, but this visit was very underwhelming.
When paying a premium of $11 for a meal the standards are higher. The reason I’m giving two stars is because the customer service was great and the coleslaw was delicious (which is obviously prepped in the morning and stored all day, so if that’s bad it’s a recipe issue)
I understand it was a Friday night so maybe they want to get ahead of a rush, but when there is nobody else in line they should take more pride in their food. I would avoid going on weekends. I will definitely not be back to this location for quite a while and that is sad to say. I hope others have a better experience but mine was actually awful.

I do not give 5 stars on several occasions the bathroom is not completely ready to be used. Be more aware of liquid soap, it is extremely necessary to wash your hands before eating. Otherwise everything is excellent. Thank you for the good service you provide.

girl with purple hair was sassy, rude, and had very bad body language. she was rude on the speaker and was shaking her head because of a mistake they made.

The crew was so kind tonight! I thought this location also closed at midnight like the one in Rogers. Well I was the jerk tonight that showed up 8 minutes before close lol. They gave exceptional service and hot fresh food! Appreciate you guys!
