I am so happy that this business is growing. I thoroughly enjoy coming here. Extra care is always taken by the staff to make sure my order is exactly what I want. The friendliness and customer service can't be beat and keeps bringing me back. My doggo also loves coming here because they are as wonderful to him as they are to me! But, I have noticed that with the growth, there is often only one person working at busiest times. This is particularly mornings during both the week and on the weekends and I often have to move on due to the wait. Again, so glad more people are coming to this amazing coffee shop! Thank you for all that you all do! But, it would be wonderful if staffing could match that growth.

Although I love the staff, the food, and their consistency in coffee - there are days I have to leave without purchasing anything, because of the wait time. This is a great little coffee shop with a good variety of drinks, really friendly employees, and a comfortable atmosphere. I had to work for an hour while on vacation and needed somewhere quiet with reliable Wi-Fi. The seating was comfortable and the tables were clean for me to set up my work stuff on. Got a shaken espresso while I was working, and it was perfect. Strong, creamy, not too much ice. Tried a breakfast sandwich when I left, which was good, and the croissant it was on was AMAZING. The barista was super friendly and happy to talk about the drinks and give recommendations. It's in a great location, too. Three minutes away from Crystal Bridges, so I could get away quickly while my family was checking out the museum.
This past Sunday I visited with my family and had an amazing time! Lauren helped me navigate the menu as well as finding kid friendly options for us! Additionally Lauren was very diligent with making our drinks and food to avoid cross contamination since I have a severe gluten allergy! Thank you so much Lauren!

4% "convenience fee" is bogus. We really like this cafe, but as long as this extra charge is in place, we'll likely be getting our coffee from one of the other great coffee shops in the area.

Got an iced coffee with vanilla and almond milk. The coffee milk ratio was very good, a lot of places put too much milk. Also, loved that the coffee was shaken before giving to me so everything was mixed well. The only thing I would change next time is to ask for half of the vanilla syrup so it’ll be a little less sweet. Overall, very good coffee!
