EVERYTHING IS PERFECT..... ALMOST.Wifey ordered a glass of White Zin, denied... Only by bottle. Ok, no prob. Let's go with a rose'. Received said wine and..... ? YUCK!!!! BITTER, BITTER, BITTER.... ?I order a 7 and 7.Upon receipt, I notice that the solid glass bottom is about 1/2 the thickness/depth, of the ENTIRE GLASS!!!!WTH???I then peer into my glass and as I look for that semi dark amber color, I see that it is shades LIGHTER! as in MUCH!!!As I look further, I notice that the ice is above the rim of the glass and there is MUCH of it.Long story short (I know....too late) I probably was serviced 1 solitary eye dropper of Seagrams with a packed glass of ice in a glass that can only hold half out total capacity.THE BAR AREA IS A RIP OFF.DRINKER BEWARE!!!!

My dear husband tried to be sweet and set up our first reservation. What was supposed to be a romantic evening turned into a dumpster fire! I never want a reservation anywhere again! To start with your parking spaces barely allow enough room to accommodate customers coming and going. Our server claimed to have "25 years of experience" yet took over 20 minutes to bring us, the wrong bottle of wine, even after stopping to ask us 3 times what we had ordered. There were loud rude tables so that I couldn't even have a conversation with my husband. Some customers phone was going off consistently at the table next to us. Yet the menu stated no cellular usage in dining area. Then the screaming child, don't get me wrong, we have children. That was neither the time nor place for a small child. It ruined our entire night, that we had booked out over a month prior. For a dog bag that, the owner pressured us to take. It literally became super expensive dog food or trash as reheated seafood is terrible!!! And we drove over an hour there. What a mess!!! ?????

Had reservations for weeks here for my wife and I. Was super excited to go......then we went.Tables were on top of each other and you couldn't have an intimate conversation with your own dinner party. It was so loud. Supposed to be an intimate experience, yet the table next to us had a crying baby. Really?!The server had to ask 3 times what wine I had chosen. Took 15 minutes to get it. It was the wrong wine. Ordered..... crab cakes were okay but not great. Bread was rock hard. By this time my wife and I had enough. Spoke to the manager on duty who proceeded to box up the order and still charge me full price, over $300!!!I am not only horrified but very disappointed by this experience. Irate is not the word for all of this.As excited as I was to try this place..... I will never walk through its doors again.

When you enter, you know you are in a nice steakhouse. The atmosphere is top notch and the live piano playing elevates the atmosphere. We started with some wine and they have a heavy poor (good start). I started with crab cakes and found them a little dry and could have used more seasoning. My wife had a steak filet and I had the Bison Filet. My wife ordered her steak rare as she always does and was more of a medium. We sent it back and it came back more medium rare but she was ok with it. She also ordered the Mac and cheese and it was really lacking in flavor. The bison steak was ordered medium rare and was closer to medium but was ok, the flavor was really good as was the succotash. My wife had the chocolate mousse cake which she really liked and I had the bread pudding, it was ok but a little dry. The bread was excellent and service was outstanding.
Our go-to restaurant for special occasions. The steaks are as good or better than any other steakhouse I’ve visited. The service is always excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Both my 15yo & my 21yo daughters love dining here. Even their salads are better than other places - so fresh and the right amount of toppings.

I am giving mixed reviews, building is beautiful, clean, and bathroom were clean. Service was good.Food was not so good. I ordered the butternut squash ravioli. The mushrooms and the sauce was good BUT the ravioli was way under cooked and hard.Price is high IMO and the portions are very small and you pay extra for all sides. $28.00 for 6 pieces of ravioli. I do not plan on going back.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. My husband and I visit frequently and we usually have our meals in the bar. There’s not a better, more consistent experience in Northwest Arkansas.We are most often take care of by Meredith and Serghei…both consummate professionals with a nice personable feel. We were in recently for a holiday meal with friends and everyone’s expectations were exceeded.We always note the hands on involvement of the owner. That matters as this place runs well and the food and service make it our family’s favorite.We look forward to 2024. See you guys in February!
