If was not for the fact I buy my tires at Sam's and have the road hazard plan....I would go elsewhere for tire repair. Two (2) hours for a simple tire repair on a weekday? A good tire shop would have been done in less than 30 min.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this store today. I walked up to request a fresh batch of tortillas from the employee packing them, when another employee in that department approached me and asked what I needed.She sounded aggravated that I had approached to ask. I kindly and respectfully asked for a pack of fresh tortillas and she rudely pointed behind me and proceeded to state “ well you can just grab the one right on the shelf do you just need one?” I was in disbelief with the attitude and grabbed the pack from the shelf and walked away. The other employees just stood and stared instead of trying to help. They seemed like they didn’t want to be there or care to help. This happened on 7/04 around 2:44pm.

I had a 4pm appointment for 1 tire to be changed and there is no one in the shop. I walked around the back and the 3 “techs” were just chillin at a table while a car was still in the bay with a torque wrench still on the wheel while my car is still waiting to be pulled in. Why make an appointment when they just do what they want???

We almost always stop at this store when we are in town. It is closest to our destination. We had pizza and hot dogs as usual. We purchased a few items that we needed. Some were on sale. Store was clean and organized. May 12, 2024. Another regular visit to gas ⛽️ up when in town. June 15, 2024. Another regular visit while in town. Whole pizza ? doesn't seem as good as it used ? to ? ? be.
I was in the bathroom about to wash my hands when I checked my phone for some work stuff in front of the sink and a very rude Sam’s employee says to me “really dude? I’m trying to mop!” with a nasty attitude.That is not how you speak to customers EVER, I didn’t do anything bad. Happened June 11th at 12:00pm
