Purchased a breakfast sandwich that needed to be heated. After 10 minutes it was ready. Ice Cold! Cashier was very nice and offered to try heating it longer but we needed to catch the plane. Manager had trashed the microwave for an oven. Don’t buy a sandwich that needs to be warmed up!

The manager here is so nice, i really appreciate her level of customer service. She even came to find me in the airport to give me an item I left behind

5-star service by August. Friendly and helpful and made me the perfect coffee. I’ll be sure to be back for coffee here when in town again!

Not a very honest place to purchase food as there aren’t very many labels that show what the cost of the food until they ring it in. That is a very unethical way to run a business.

Convenient good location.

Being at an airport, of course items are above market value. I did like the option of getting my sandwich toasted though.

The d*** a** who owns this place should just sell neck pillows for $10 and not 2 for $20 you are leaving money on the table charging $15 for a pillow.

They changed full price for refills on soda pops .. over price..

My flight was delayed by 3 hrs and all of the food places were closing. Say Si Bon was beginning to close but they allowed me to come in and still be able to buy something to eat. The staff was outstanding and made me feel welcomed. I cannot say enough about the staff. Outstanding service and good food.

Options are not bad, a tad on the expensive side for prepackaged air food.

Nisar Palla

Visited Say Si Bon on May 7 2015 on my way to catch a flight. Salad was nice, service was friendly but there was one huge problem. I purchased some humus chips and they tasted awful!!!!! (Paid a nice penny for a little bag of these chips). Looked at the expiration date and they had expired 2.5 months ago. You need to ensure that your expiration dates are current and if possible I would love to have my money refunded but good luck with that since I live in Canada.
