The manager here is so nice, i really appreciate her level of customer service. She even came to find me in the airport to give me an item I left behind

Not a very honest place to purchase food as there aren’t very many labels that show what the cost of the food until they ring it in. That is a very unethical way to run a business.

Convenient good location.

Being at an airport, of course items are above market value. I did like the option of getting my sandwich toasted though.

The d*** a** who owns this place should just sell neck pillows for $10 and not 2 for $20 you are leaving money on the table charging $15 for a pillow.

They changed full price for refills on soda pops .. over price..

My flight was delayed by 3 hrs and all of the food places were closing. Say Si Bon was beginning to close but they allowed me to come in and still be able to buy something to eat. The staff was outstanding and made me feel welcomed. I cannot say enough about the staff. Outstanding service and good food.

Options are not bad, a tad on the expensive side for prepackaged air food.

Standard convinient store although good tea selection

An average-sized, airport snack shop with some basic bottled drink choices, some nice-looking packaged sandwiches and a good selection of "gourmet" chocolate bars and other candies. It's worth a stop, especially if you like to browse or try something new.

Visited Say Si Bon on May 7 2015 on my way to catch a flight. Salad was nice, service was friendly but there was one huge problem. I purchased some humus chips and they tasted awful!!!!! (Paid a nice penny for a little bag of these chips). Looked at the expiration date and they had expired 2.5 months ago. You need to ensure that your expiration dates are current and if possible I would love to have my money refunded but good luck with that since I live in Canada.

I get that they are trying to be cute by phonetically spelling out the French saying "c'est si bon", which means "it's so good", but why do they have to butcher it with "say si bon!". Other than the name that bothers me every time I pass by this place, it's your a decent market / airport shop where you can get water, fruit, salads, sandwiches, and a huge variety of chocolates your heart desires. I've never seen so many different types of chocolate sold in one airport shop. Whether you want chocolate covered almonds or pistachios, 5 different flavors of Hammonds chocolate bars, Wild Ophelia bars (beef jerky + dark chocolate, dark chocolate + chili), Chuao Chocolatier bars (probably 8 different varieties), truffles, ChocoLove bars, you'd think that the only thing people want to eat on the plane is chocolate. I'm not complaining (I love all chocolate), other than the price is a bit steep. I guess I'm used to a 20-30% markup on things at the airport, but some of these chocolate bars are $7-8 or so, which is a bit steep when you can get them at the normal store for $3-4. For those who want something a little more healthy, they have a few protein bars, Kind Bars, and I discovered a new clean-eating bar called Jimmybar that I had never seen before. Better selection than your normal airport Paradies shop, with inflated prices (as expected), a wide chocolate assortment, and a sub-par selection of salads & sandwiches. Pick up a small snack and save your stomach for wherever your connecting flight out of XNA takes you.

This is kind of like your standard airport convenience store. Overpriced water, soft drinks, candies, magazines, and little memorabilia for your trip to Arkansas (or gift for those you're visiting). They do have some hot soups though. There are some deli sandwiches that are of decent quality. Again, they're way overpriced. But if you're in a pinch, this place has pretty much everything you need.
