The service at this location is phenomenal. Lillie (I hope I spelled it right) went above and beyond to make our experience right. A sandwich was made wrong, and without hesitation, she made it right! Super sweet folks!

This store in Bentonville / Centerton is on my way to work, so I order from here 1 or 2 times a week, I have called and complained to the manager that my calzone sandwiches has been getting lighter and lighter to the point to where it’s mostly bread, he offered me a free sandwich but I declined, I told him that I just want to get my moneys worth with future purchases, It got better for a few weeks and today I get to work to work my 12 hour shift and find that my sandwich which is mostly bread with very little meat🤬. I’m about done with this store! Time to find another quick restaurant to start getting my lunch from. BTW, the Rogers store is awesome at making sandwiches! I wish that store was on my way to work instead of this one.

Love Schlotzkys but the every time I've placed a drive-thru or delivery order I'm always missing the pickles that come with the sandwiches. This is an important part of the experience. Not too mention something else is usually wrong, either missing food or the sandwich doesn't have the correct items.
I want to continue to give my support to this location, but its a challenge when the attention to detail is lacking.

Leave it to this location to mess up a Turkey Bacon club and a Turkey Original sandwiches only. Are you kidding?!? We were literally the only ones there and you can’t even give us what we ordered. You can repeat it correctly and then hand me a completely different order. I’m freaking hungry and all I freaking wanted was the freaking order I placed. Yet here I am having to throw away who’s ever ordered this is because I can’t eat salami and our dad can’t eat bacon! What part of turkey bacon club means turkey, salami, bacon, and tomatoes?? Make it make sense

Came through drive thru didn't know what I wanted being first time there Sam was helpful and patient then order my food being what I ordered was pizza and calhzone time wasn't a bad wait time at all Hilary was a big help in order received window food was great place was clean would recommend 5 out of 5 thanks for good first time experience
I came here a few weeks ago and the girl at the window, told me her name was Sam, was so sweet and gave me great service and was so refreshing to talk to. My food came out perfect and i’m excited for my next visit with Sam!

My Mom has Dialysis Mondays and Fridays because of her Dialysis her taste in certain foods has changed. This is one of her favorite places to eat afterwards. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and when my app is acting up every one of them have been patient with me and helped me get my order the way we like it.
