Seems like this spot couldn't get an order right even if there was $100,000,000 on the line. 2 French dips isn't hard especially when there is no one other than me at the establishment. Everyone should open your food in front of the people before ever leaving, it will be wrong if you don't.

$18 for one sandwich is pretty ridiculous. Sandwich was just ok. The only good thing they got going for them is that there are no other sandwich places in centerton.

Never got the food! I was overcharged by $10 because the counter person got my order wrong (not great, right), but, then refused to correct the order and give me back my $10. So, I asked for my $$$ back. That was yesterday, I still haven’t received the refund. The manager there was a real problem. He is the person who absolutely refused to correct my order. He continued to offer me changes in my order that would not be the right order. I had to give up and just asked for my $$$ back. Not just terrible service but made it personal because I called him out on overcharging me. I’m not going back there (It is horrible). And, this review is not all the complaining I plan to do.

Meh. I recall the day when Schlotzsky sandwiches were better. They were made with moist, warm bread and you better have had a napkin. My experience last night at this location was a far cry from such a mouth watering meal. We had no one waiting in front of us yet our meal took around 10 minutes to be delivered in the drive thru. I would be willing to wait for an incredible meal but not this one. It looked like there were only 2 people working so they were doomed to fail. The bean counters sometimes don’t realize you are better off to increase labor costs so volume increases. At the rate of bad reviews from people checking this store I wonder how long they will be in business.

Called in an order and they said they don't take orders over the phone. Okay weird. Every restaurant on the planet can take orders over the phone but I guess you're special. Okay lets do it your way. Placed the order online and they didn't get my order so I just wasted my time to drive down to leave empty handed. What a joke. It shouldn't be this hard to order a sandwich.
The food took the people there around 10-15 minutes to make even though we only got 2 small sandwiches, a classic and a roast beef which weren't terrible, just not worth the wait at all. Good thing for you, there's a KFC and an Andy's Frozen Custard right beside it, perfect for people who don't have 20 minutes to burn doing nothing in their car.

This is the second time I have got food to go. The first time and second time I ordered the top bun on the sandwich was hard . The Cinnabon both times was hard and stale. I feel the prices are to high to get disappointing food . I have never had a problem with the Roger’s location. Their food is always wonderful ! I was so excited to get a Schlotzsky’s Closer to home but, I don’t think it is worth the disappointment. The food is to costly to not be happy with the food.

This location is new.. But they are figuring it out and knocking it out of the park. Got a roast beef and Turkey bacon club and a couple of soups (broccoli/cheddar) and it was amazing. Haven’t have this place in years and man, is it fresh and good. I went through the drive through and service was quick enough and friendly. Keep it up y’all!

Food has been wrong all three times we've been. The staff argued with my husband about whether or not we ordered meals. Didn't give us our chips or drinks even though our online receipt clearly said we had both ordered meals. Seems chaotic and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Love the food when it's right and doesn't take over 30 minutes to get it right. Edited to add: After 30 minutes of waiting for my order to be corrected. My husband got home and one of the Turkey Bacon Clubs we ordered had no turkey on it....
