Absolutely terrible that you look up scooters and it says closes at 7:30 and closed before 7. I also went a second location that said 8 o’clock I arrive at 7:15 and girls inside said that they closed at 7. Very misleading. Will be going elsewhere.

I usually don’t complain when I post a review but the chai tea is so so sweet and watery (even with getting it dirty.) Service is amazing and I wish I could like the drinks but every drink I have tried is gross. Sickly sweet and watered down. Picked up a dirty chai this morning after almost a year just to try it out again and unfortunately was disappointed with it.

I ordered a coffee for my first time . It took me to the wrong address took me about 15-20 min to find the right one. I asked okay well since the app gave me so much trouble can I please have a refund and my coffee since it took me to the wrong place .. she said no and to me that’s absolutely ridiculous. I tried to treat myself to coffee that I’m typically not able to buy.. they refused to give me the coffee so I’m out $12 bucks and I have no coffee cause the refund will take days. Very disappointed and will never use a shooters again.

We were familiar with Scooters from living in Nebraska, but honestly rarely went. Not for any particular reason, but had other options we enjoyed.
That being said, we were in Bentonville the night of the tornadoes Memorial weekend during Bentonville’s Bike Fest…the next morning, Bentonville and Roger’s had catastrophic damage. Power lines, buildings, trees, all in the roads. As we meandered the streets trying to leave town, we stumbled on this little Scooters, open and with power. The 2 girls working had not only made it to work, but were working hard at helping all the tourists in town looking for some food and drinks given almost all the hotels were without any power, as was the case for all the residents as well. We were so impressed with how patient, nice and hardworking they were. It might have been the only food establishment open on the street…
Thank you for showing up, working hard and having some hot coffee - it was greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to see all Bentonville has in store as they rebuild because guaranteed it will be stronger and better than before and it was already pretty awesome!
Online shows hours open until 7:30. Went by at 7 open sign is on. It is confusing.

I visit NW Arkansas to fish on Beaver Lake. Rather than drink bland hotel coffee, I recommend this place and the one in Rogers. The same owners assure attention to detail with prompt, professional and friendly service, delivering the best-tasting cup of Joe anywhere!
