I visit NW Arkansas to fish on Beaver Lake. Rather than drink bland hotel coffee, I recommend this place and the one in Rogers. The same owners assure attention to detail with prompt, professional and friendly service, delivering the best-tasting cup of Joe anywhere!

Assistant Gm (R) is not very nice to other scooters employees, I mixed up my order to the wrong location and he was extremely rude to the worker at the other location. Then proceed to explain to me how they aren’t supposed to do that either, I would’ve never come if I had known it was this serious. Dani or Danny (she/her) was super sweet and helpful! more women in charge pls.

I was delivering a spark order to this location and noticed there was only one girl working in there. I figured that i would get a drink and cake bite while i was in there and she had stellar customer service! She was working extremely hard and offered to put the order away in the fridge for her so she didn’t have to do it all by herself and she was super super sweet! Whoever you are, keep on keepin on! hope she enjoyed the $15 in tips i left, she deserves it!

Nice place if you want to have a conversation with someone. Pleasant staff - very quick and efficient. They don't blast music, so you can easily have a meeting if you need. Inside is clean and well maintained. I know most people probably use it as a drive-thru, but it's a great place for a business meeting as well.
Twice in a row now we have gone 20-25 minutes before 6pm on a Thursday to be told they are “almost closing” and can’t service us. Please hire employees who can stay until the hours posted and are willing to serve customers. We won’t be back due to poor service repeatedly. Google says you close at 7:30. The gal made it sound like 6pm, but we were refused service at 5:38pm several times. Please fix the problem ?

The coffee is OK here so I gave 3 stars, but today the barista was rude so I decided to leave a review.When I ordered the first drink, I stated the drink flavor, hot, and small. Then for the second I did the same, but this time the barista said, "tall? I don't know what size that is. Is that a medium at Starbucks?" So first, I'm sure it's a chronic problem that people use Starbucks sizes to order their coffee drinks at other coffee shops(which I didn't do) and I'm sure it's annoying to the baristas. This does not excuse being rude to customers. Even if I had ordered a "tall"(which I didn't) the barista obviously knew that was a Starbucks size(because he literally asked if it was a "Starbucks medium")and he didn't have to play d*** like he didn't know that it is a Starbucks small. So instead of being petty and rude next time, he should just say, "our sizes are small, medium, and large." Or just give them the size that you know they're asking for. Hopefully this review will prevent a repeat of this rude behavior from the barista in the future.
