I like the drinks. Too expensive for daily but hit it up for the weekend pick me up. Good location never have issues.

I dont want to leave a bad review because I know how difficult it is to work in customer service but I came through and got a caramel apple float and when the girl handed me my drink I noticed it was in a different cup, it usually comes with whipped cream but it didnt this time and I didnt mind too much. When I had put my straw in my cup to mix it around it started to spill out of the top of my cup and all over my cup holder. When I tried the drink it was almost like it was watered down, idk if it was made wrong but it didnt taste like how I remembered from ordering this drink previously. The staff is really nice just make sure you're getting the right drink before leaving!

My husband and I get a caramelicious creme cold brew almost daily from here. We love our baristas. We wish our drinks were made more consistently. Our cold brew is different every time and, more often than not, more off than the last time.

The best $10 coffee I've found in the Midwest from a chain.

Don't worry drips like a dollar. I'm just a crazy person from the coast who has an addiction to something ridiculously expensive. It is ridiculously expensive because we're talking about timings on the scale of souffle condensed into like 2 minutes of work. It's worth every penny done right but it's a subtle thing. Just the timing of the blend is less than a second between too fine and too thick but this is affected by the room temperature. Most local baristas don't even understand that while yes, a frappe is a blended drink, a blended drink is not simply a frappe.

As far as I can tell this all started when the CEO of cruisin coffee shipped a bunch of barista's off to Italy to get a proper education and has spread from there, hitting the Seattle area and clashing with established brands. Those baristas went on to start their own companies but before that scooters sucked. We had one in the same town cruisin coffee started at so clearly they got a direct infusion of that information at the time they got chased out of town.

Now moving to the midwest I don't have 4 months to sit in line and educate people on how to properly make coffee I just have to get lucky and hope somebody learned it right. Honestly someone should send another wave of people off to Italy at this point because it has not been a good since that first wave. We Americanized it poorly. So if the corporate office is listening and you know what I'm talking about. I'm sure someone from that first wave knows what school they went to if you can't get cruisin to just admit it as a point of pride.

Scooters is my favorite!! Love their blended coffee drinks and my kids love their smoothies. Staff are always friendly, too.

I like scooters for their gluten free options and they also have pup cups. Caramelicious is always a winner.

My favorite drive thru coffee spot! The staff is so incredibly friendly, the coffee is great, and they are always super quick and efficient! I also love that they have a happy hour from 3-5, which is usually when I drink my afternoon coffee.
