I dont want to leave a bad review because I know how difficult it is to work in customer service but I came through and got a caramel apple float and when the girl handed me my drink I noticed it was in a different cup, it usually comes with whipped cream but it didnt this time and I didnt mind too much. When I had put my straw in my cup to mix it around it started to spill out of the top of my cup and all over my cup holder. When I tried the drink it was almost like it was watered...

My husband and I get a caramelicious creme cold brew almost daily from here. We love our baristas. We wish our drinks were made more consistently. Our cold brew is different every time and, more often than not, more off than the last time.
