If I had a -10 for Edgar, I would assign. These guys claim to be from California but do not want to give you salsa for your tacos. They mi matched 5 people's orders in the name of saving to-go boxes. When we complained, Edgar said we are the first to ever complain because all they get is 5 stars! He had such a nasty attitude that he said we don't have to come back! What a dick for an owner!
Senor shreddys absolutely shreds... they know what they're doing at this spot. Even the refried beans are doing big things. Quality ingredients, everything is flavorful... chefs kiss!

By far my favorite food truck I’ve ever been to and some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in my life! The BEST queso! My favorite is their Carne Asada Nachos. I crave them all the time! The service is the best and we are always treated with absolute kindness! I would recommend to anyone and everyone! One bite of their food and your life will never be the same! I can’t say enough good things!

Carne Asada taco meat was full of unchewable gristle. Meat tasted like it was boiled. The hot sauce was hot which is great but the flavor was not for me. The rice was bland. Beans were also flavorless.
