We have been to Slim Chickens in Colorado Springs, CO that has amazing service, great food and atmosphere, which set the tone for this location in Bentonville, AR. Well, it did not live up to expectations. The service was sloppy and the food was soggy. The atmosphere was good, though, as it wasn't too busy at the time we had gone.

Waited 20 mins for my order I asked what was going on with my order and I gave the employee my number and she wanted me to tell her what I ordered even though I told her my number. Then after telling them it was to go twice they still played it. Very disappointed

CHRISTINA!!!!! to say she's amazing is an understatement! I ordered off of Uber eats and after some problems, I called the store, which the amazing woman herself (Christina) answered and informed me that my driver was YELLING at her. Which If you have any kind of heart that's unacceptable so I drove down to the store to pick up my order and she was there with the best customer service EVER super kind super friendly and I hope she knows she made me and my boyfriends night 🙌❤️

I'm sorry but this location is trash!! I just went her and got a 8 piece hot wings,get home and my winds have NO sauce at all,go back and tell to give me just some buffalo tender bites instead,which is 3$ cheaper and they give it to me with my toast drenched in buffalo sauce and wings ice cold.will never go back to this location again and customer service was awful,and they took my order back through the drive through window which I think is not allowed,and they act like you are putting them out by returning a messed up order ..smh

This used to be our favorite chicken place. Used to go there 3-4x per month. Lately the chicken has been grisly and tonight they actually forgot my order. Had the folks behind me inline go ahead of me. When I asked, if there was a problem they told me they ran out of chicken.
