The line was not long at all but it still took 5-8 mins person at the speaker and the window then I received my food and I order a chicks meal and it came with only 2 tenders I expected better.

Y’all need to know Slims is a local business!! The first Slims ever open was on College in Fayetteville, AR. As a Fayetteville native I am so grateful this amazing restaurant is expanding to new areas of this great state! Food and customer service were amazing! 5 out of 5 all day baby!!

We eat here a lot but we ordered a pickup recently and the everything in the order seemed fine but the chicken sandwich was not warm

Never had a bad experience with this store except for today. I have worked in fast food before so I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and try to always be understanding. this slims is always busy and the to go line is always long and slow so I made a mobile order. I paid online and everything. when I got to the store they told me “I don’t know what you want me to do. there isn’t an order for your name.” I showed her my order multiple times and she didn’t really care. I told her I already paid for it so I don’t know what i’m supposed to do. She said “I can’t just give you a meal”. I literally ordered the meal. Paid for it. When I asked if I could get a refund she slammed the window in my face and said nothing to me. So I did not get my food and I did not get my refund. so I paid for a meal I did not get and had to interact with rude employees.

Probably the absolute worst Slim Chickens in the NWA area! Chicken tenders today were small and so overcooked that they were hardly edible. Service is also incredibly slow, especially at lunch time! Too many amazing places in Bentonville to waste your time at this location!

We waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through only to be asked to pull forward to wait for our food. Then waited another 10 to get our food, got it home and 2 of the 4 meals were the wrong meal entirely, they gave us an incorrect drink and the amount of Okra on the side was pitiful. We love Slim Chickens, this was a disappointing visit.

Place is worse than a McDonald’s in Brooklyn.
They hire kids that can barely put 2 and 2 together. Don’t waste your time at this location. 👎🏼

Just waited 45 minutes, no exaggeration, in the DRIVE THRU!! What in the absolute heck?! Food smells absolutely amazing but that cannot excuse the absolute worst service. Don’t have a drive thru if you can’t manage it right.
