The food was fine, however, the service was disappointing. Keaton was at the drive-thru and seemed very unprofessional. He seemed to not have the right attire and came off as very careless. I normally have good experiences at this location, but this disappointed me.

Don’t give this place your business. Your order will probably take awhile and will be wrong once you finally receive it. Upper management does nothing for their employees. They only care about their revenue. An employee was assaulted by a customer while working, and they did nothing about it. They fired the employee and wouldn’t even give them camera footage of the assault happening. Go to McDonald’s across the street and you’ll still get better service than this place.

Ordered a large tater tot with cheese and jalapeños. Received a medium with chili… sent it back and told them what happened. Get my new tots and go home. No jalapeños. :(

Family was in town visiting and never had sonic before so they were excited to try it. Got home was missing our fries for the 3 combo meals we ordered. We were bummed and disappointed that this represented our sonic experience. It wasn't busy and the person that took our order was really nice. I'm sure it can be hard to keep a positive mindset with food Industry. Someone should insure quality checking bags after the effort was made to make. Best of luck to future customers!

This is the SLOWEST sonic out there. I’ve waited 10min for 2 drinks that I ordered on the app 5min before I got here. Wouldn’t recommend if you need anything quick.
