Very disappointed in the shakes. Too much whip cream and it seemed like all they did was pour vanilla ice cream in a cup. I literally poured it down the drain when I got home. A waste of $10.00. I will not be ordering shakes from your sonic anymore.

Best drive through in Bentonville! I've been here 3 times since the remodel. Every time has been incredibly fast, and very friendly service. Other fast food here takes so long in the drive through and usually messes up order customizations like 'no cheese'. These guys are doing it right. I've had great experiences ordering breakfast burritos as well as butter basted burgers. Can't recommend enough!

Long wait times, cold food, and old food. Tater tots were cold and stale. Soda was flat with no carbonation. Have been here several times and staff is always distracted and orders are often messed up.

Drank the entire cup, then opened the cup and found a hair. The sides inside the cup was dirty.
Reopening...thought YES!!! Finally!!! But HUGE disappointment. The grilled cheese was smaller than usual, and the edges were hard! The mozzarella sticks weren't even hot and oh goodness...the onion rings. I don't know where to begin. The batter just fell off - the onions themselves were raw...and kind of slimy. I couldn't even eat them. I'm still tasting it after hours. I won't be going back for a LONG time!!!

This particular Sonic is closed and the building was leveled, guessing, circa 2021 or so. They did not construct a new one in the immediate vicinity, but don't panic, they are all over the freaking place. Just pick an artery road, if it goes any length at all there will be a Sonic on it. There just about has to be a statute on the books in Arkansas that states: "There shall be a Sonic just up ahead, regardless."18
