The person that took my order was really sweet the food got to me fast but the carhop had a attitude I guess cause I didn't tip her cash but I tipped 20 percent

We placed a mobile order and pulled into a stall to pick it up. When our order was brought to us, neither of the drinks were marked. We asked the carhop if she knew which was which, and she said “uhm, are the bubbles popped?” we said no and she said “oh, well then i don’t know” and walked away. It may seem like a small thing, but that’s poor customer service to not even apologize for the inconvenience. Having to taste the drinks to determine what’s what is not something we should have to do.

Tots seemed as though they had been sitting in the warmer for the whole day. Hard as a rock. Burger was not much better.

Moved to town this week. Ordered chili fries and a strawberry limeade. Took 3 bites and 45 minutes later was stuck puking with horrible cramps among other symptoms....I am 8 weeks pregnant and omw to the Er with food poisoning. This is not okay.

Ya know... Sonic used to be great... Not anymore... Any Sonic I go to feels like a jip... Especially since they got rid of the half priced drinks... I ordered a chocolate brownie shake and they gave me a vanilla shake with chocolate shavings on top and charged a speciality shake price... Not worth it!!! Plus the sauce.... I got a bunch of onion rings with 2 ketchup packets... Not going back!!!
We stop by here all the time to get drinks. The last few times have been disappointing. Today we stopped by had gotten flavored waters, as well as a slush. The waters were completely wrong, and the slush was mainly slush mix with no flavoring. The car hop was nice enough to remake the waters. When the manager, Roger, was called he had offered to make it right, but didn’t say anything further so I had ended the phone call. It’s beyond frustrating.
