My husband went to get me a med Frappuccino 2 shots of Espresso on the bottom and 2 shots on the side they gave him coffee I called him and the guy wouldn't even offer his name very RUDE and was trying too argue with me I wasn't born yesterday I know the difference between coffee and Espresso you can't drink Espresso by it's self it's nasty it was coffee I unable to go my self do too my health I said he would bring it back no the only thing I could do is have you call my manager really I'm unable tooooo even give it a strar heck I can go too Mc Donald's a get a large and it's taste and a heck of a lot cheaper it's my husband don't like McDonald's so sad too take advantage of the Elderly shame on you what ever your name is it was Friday June 27th around 5:15 he didn't even give him a receipt he paid 12 dollars for a Damm medium I really don't care about the price but he didn't get what he paid for pretty sad I unable tooooo even give them a star from a Elderly woman shame on you taking advantage of an Elderly man who doesn't know too check what he pays for

The district manager was quite unpleasant. I easily spend around $10,000 at Starbucks each year, and yet they couldn't even provide my daughter with a cup of ice. How tacky! I will never return to these stores in Bentonville. I hope the district manager reads this review and realizes that it was her behavior, along with that of her employees—specifically a very rude barista with short brown hair—who led to our decision not to come back. I will also be sharing this experience with my family and friends to warn them about the poor service. It was truly awful.

The coffee house smelled of trash! It wasn’t unbearable. How dirty are they keeping the place?
Starbucks changed the way they make matcha lattes and I hate it…. When I came through the drive thru this last time I asked the guy taking my order (I think his name was Eddy) if they could make it the old way and he said yes! He did really great and was extra helpful explaining how it worked but he agreed that the new way is just messy. Starbucks should definitely go back to the old recipe. I also heard on a separate occasion that they cut their matcha scoop portions in half. They’re taking our money for less product! But I wanted to leave a good review here because this place was so helpful and prioritized quality. :) Thank you!

It was ok. I waited a few minutes before they took my order. I would have been ok with it, but the only reason they took it is because another patron who showed up after I did, got her order taken before mine. The drink I ordered has no taste of the ingredients that were supposed to be in it. The parking and exit of this Starbucks is horrible. Congested and difficult to enter or exit. I don’t I’ll be returning to this one. Maybe they were having an off day.
