This used to be my go to coffee shop / hang out place whenever my kids wanted to go. Usually the service / pastries are good but evening around 5 went to shop for dine in. Shop was almost empty and few cars in drive by. Just one serving guy engaged with drive by talking some business deals and some work for better pay exchanging business cards. Another serve lady entered saw us in the counter then went straight to drive by counter and started checking. I came out with my wife and crying disappointed son and found something in the nearest coffee shop. None of them bothered to take orders and ask what we want.
I understand if there is crowd or lack of products but keeping folks waiting in the walk in counter just to chit chat is plain rude and absolute manner less. There are plenty of shops around and know how to treat the customers well.

This is my go to Starbucks in the area for the staff. Each of them are unique and courteous to those in the store and through the drive through. Drinks are made to order accurately and with expediency in mind. They always wipe the tops and sides of drinks which is considerate.

Barista was beyond rude this morning. I had ordered tea in app, as the app was having issues- order went to wrong store. I went ahead and just bought another one at the window at this location as the store here wasn’t entertaining remaking it. I have no doubt the “barista” was triggered by my order after getting a red sharpie and this on the side of my cup.

The team here is truly outstanding.

The staff consistently show exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for customers—it’s honestly the best experience I’ve had at any Starbucks. On top of that, I had the chance to overhear part of a team meeting last week, and it was clear the store manager is motivated, engaged, and really striving to bring out the best in the team. That leadership shows through in the atmosphere of the store and in how the partners interact with customers.

They deserve to be recognized for the great culture and customer experience they’re creating.

My husband went to get me a med Frappuccino 2 shots of Espresso on the bottom and 2 shots on the side they gave him coffee I called him and the guy wouldn't even offer his name very RUDE and was trying too argue with me I wasn't born yesterday I know the difference between coffee and Espresso you can't drink Espresso by it's self it's nasty it was coffee I unable to go my self do too my health I said he would bring it back no the only thing I could do is have you call my manager really I'm unable tooooo even give it a strar heck I can go too Mc Donald's a get a large and it's taste and a heck of a lot cheaper it's my husband don't like McDonald's so sad too take advantage of the Elderly shame on you what ever your name is it was Friday June 27th around 5:15 he didn't even give him a receipt he paid 12 dollars for a Damm medium I really don't care about the price but he didn't get what he paid for pretty sad I unable tooooo even give them a star from a Elderly woman shame on you taking advantage of an Elderly man who doesn't know too check what he pays for

The district manager was quite unpleasant. I easily spend around $10,000 at Starbucks each year, and yet they couldn't even provide my daughter with a cup of ice. How tacky! I will never return to these stores in Bentonville. I hope the district manager reads this review and realizes that it was her behavior, along with that of her employees—specifically a very rude barista with short brown hair—who led to our decision not to come back. I will also be sharing this experience with my family and friends to warn them about the poor service. It was truly awful.
