This is my go to Starbucks in the area for the staff. Each of them are unique and courteous to those in the store and through the drive through. Drinks are made to order accurately and with expediency in mind. They always wipe the tops and sides of drinks which is considerate.

Starbucks changed the way they make matcha lattes and I hate it…. When I came through the drive thru this last time I asked the guy taking my order (I think his name was Eddy) if they could make it the old way and he said yes! He did really great and was extra helpful explaining how it worked but he agreed that the new way is just messy. Starbucks should definitely go back to the old recipe. I also heard on a separate occasion that they cut their matcha scoop portions in half....
