Starbucks changed the way they make matcha lattes and I hate it…. When I came through the drive thru this last time I asked the guy taking my order (I think his name was Eddy) if they could make it the old way and he said yes! He did really great and was extra helpful explaining how it worked but he agreed that the new way is just messy. Starbucks should definitely go back to the old recipe. I also heard on a separate occasion that they cut their matcha scoop portions in half....

This is by far a very sigma location. The workers here were so nice. I had to pay with coins and cash once which took me a hot minute to get out of my purse and they were very patient and understanding. This is a really good place even though the prices are high.

Dietary restrictions: Good location for lactose intolerant people since they have many dairy free options to build onto your drink.

Kid-friendliness: The staff here are really nice so it's a good place...

Tables could have used a wipe, but bathrooms were clean, and staff was quick and friendly. The parking lot was hard to navigate, and the drive-through was wrapped around building, making it impossible to pull out of the handicap parking, trapped there for nearly 20 minutes before we could pull out to leave. If handicapped would recommend going to another Starbucks location.
