Staff was awful, very rude and ignored me and another customer. Finally responded with an attitude, like it bothered her. Door dash said my order was ready and I waited another 15 min after arriving. They also helped other customers and I was standing in front of their face. Very poor job and don’t recommend this location.

I order mobile every morning, this morning I placed my order at 7:15 and most of the time they’re good to go but it’s been a few times in the past but this one set me off, they had my drink ready but did not get my food until 7:40. They were dishing out people that just walked in but someone that placed an order 25 mins ago they can’t serve. I had to go up and ask the guy to basically make my order. Makes no sense to me. Maybe prioritize people by the order time. I ordered a croissant and a muffin. How long could that really take.
Most of the staff is very friendly, the drinks are made the way I ordered them, and the food items are yummy! The atmosphere inside is very welcoming, and you can find somewhere to sit whether you're alone of meeting friends. If you sit at a covered table on the patio Mother Nature can be a ÷%=:<#(, although she does have some good days. You can find a table or a cozy corner to read or visit, and a long table in the middle of the interior provides multiple easily accessible plugs for working on your laptop. Everytime I've been in to the bathroom at this location it has been clean.
Vegetarian options: The drinks are vegetarian, and with a variety of milk options you can get it to vegan. There's a large variety of baked goods, breakfast items, and sandwiches and many of them are vegetarian. However, if you'd like a sandwich option made to vegetarian, keep in mind that all the sandwiches are pre-packaged so if you do order the sandwich with no bacon as an example, they could just take the bacon out of the sandwich before warming it, but you'll be eating an egg patty that has been made and stored with meat touching it directly.
Parking: This location shares the parking lot with a nail salon, vape shop, and a BBQ restaurant, so there are times when it's difficult to find an empty parking spot.
