Good quality food. Very friendly service. Usually not very crowded so a lingering lunch is good.

We have made a 3 hour trip to this place 3 time and the last time was a tad disappointing the chicken salad was bland and very dry this time.
I will try again maybe just a bad day

The chicken salad sandwich was perfection! Most I’ve enjoyed a sandwich in as long as I can remember. Service was great! Highly recommend.

I was highly disappointed to find the pick 2 no longer includes a cookie and chips. This was the beauty in the pick 2. I paid $14 for half a sandwich and small cup of soup. Chicken salad sandwich was delicious but the broccoli cheese soup was orange, tasted like the burnt layer on the bottom of the pot and had a layer of oil sitting on top. 2 pieces of broccoli in it and mainly tasted like chicken broth. Pretty much paid for soup juice.
I love Stone Mill but I will no longer purchase from this location due to the ala cart implementation and the poor quality of soup. If the other locations have not gone ala cart, I highly recommend the Bentonville location go back to the way it was. People will talk and you will lose business I assure you. Really disappointed…

I liked the alacart ordering experience. The omelet was good and exactly what I wanted. Austin was very friendly and efficient.

Not sure why others are commenting such negative reviews. I don't feel the food is bland. It's not a gourmet restaurant. It's a quick sandwich and soup. It taste wonderful. The customer service is top tier. They will do their best to make it a positive experience for everyone. I've been a couple times and each time I've gone I've left very happy. They are always fairly busy but the food is coming as soon as I sit down after getting a drink most of the time. It's fast and a great place to sit with friends and family. Really amazing place.

Extremely overpriced for the portions you receive. Not the same as Springdale location. I got the 1/2 sandwich and soup with water. Sandwich was half the size of the Springdale location and soup is limited to one flavor per day vs 3 at other locations. Literally was charged for extras that come with the meal at other locations I've been. For instance the cookie and chips. It cost me 4 dollars more than other locations and half the food. It seems this particular owner is taking advantage of the patrons in Bentonville. Thats too bad 👎 I wont return to this location. $17 for half sandwich and soup and I ordered water!!! My suggestion is save your money and go to the Springdale location.

First of all The food was very good and the service was adequate. I was very shocked when I got my bill for my lunch. I ordered a BLT sandwich cup of soup and a soda and the cost of my lunch was $26. I think that is an absurd price for a sandwich and a cup of soup after $26 the screen came up and the wanted a 18 to 26% tip I won’t be going back to Stone Mill bakery only because the price is exorbitant.
This was in person. Not on door dash

Only giving three stars because of the excellent customer service. Food was just very..blah. I had high hopes for the chicken salad but I had to put mustard on it because it was just soo bland. Chicken dumpling soup wasn’t terrible but, again, no flavor. Oatmeal cookie was decent.
We shop the Stone Mill in Fayetteville but didn’t know there was one in Bentonville. We dropped our dog off for a groom and found this by accident. We showed up in between busy hours so there was only 4 old guys solving the world’s problems. We had the biscuit and gravy and it was delicious. We also picked up a couple loaves of their cranberry pecan bread (our favorite). The lady was super nice and the place was really nice. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend it.

Worst food I’ve had in a long time! How does this have such good reviews?? Beyond bland!! We got take out because my husband didn’t want “hotel food” but this was no better than hotel food. The potatoes were bland with no seasoning whatsoever, the eggs were the weirdest looking and tasting (I’m hoping I don’t get sick) - it was so disappointing to have spent over $40. Fast food would have tasted better and been less expensive. Would never eat here again. :/
