Went through the drive-thru, waited long enough that I had actually started to back out when they finally acknowledged me on the speaker. My club sandwich order was missing the bacon. The sandwich was also missing vegetables I ordered, even though they had repeated my order back to me. I was not given or offered my receipt. Maybe service is better inside.

Today around 2pm I went in to grab my child a sandwich before picking them up from school. There were 2 people working at the time, cleaning. I told the girl what I would like to get and the girl gave me a look and a smirk and just went about her business ignoring me. I waited a little bit to see if maybe she’d take my order and never did so I just left. I felt that to be very rude, I would’ve waiting if I was at least acknowledged, but never was. I love subways and usually don’t have that kind of experience, I know it’s a quiet setting, but I was also the only customer around at the time.

We live close by and go here a lot. The last time we went, two high schoolers were working and they were the kindest young men I’ve met in a long time. They were nice to my kids and talked to another gentleman there that you could tell appreciated the company. This Subway is always clean and quick.

Dietary restrictions: I have chemo treatments weekly, and it makes the taste of food different. I enjoyed the taste of the turkey with almost all the fixin's, I had oil and vinegar instead of mayo or mustard.
I ordered through the app they gave me one completely different sandwich and didn't have the correct ingredient on the other
