Every time I attempt to come through the drive-thru no one ever answers there's always a young hispanic boy who never takes orders when I drive around to the front he will be standing there with his headset on but when I'm sitting there for 20mins he never takes my order

We ordered sandwiches and realized that the total was ridiculous. I asked why it is so expensive and the guy answered that because of mixing different cheese. He never clarified that before doing it and then he said he’d rather waste the food and not sell it to me because it will make the restaurant broke!! seriously!!! I asked for the manager hoping to make it right but he ignored my request. I had to leave after spending time doing my order. So rude!
Bad experience and will never go back there.

Got my sandwich wrong and had gone to return it that day spoke to manger and said he can replace my sandwich went in today and asked an associate about it since I’m usually not around that area and the associate had no care of taking care of the problem. And said he If I want something I have to pay for it.

Desona and her team (Grady and Jai?) do an excellent job at providing top notch customer service and delicious subs.
Everytime I come to this subway, I feel like I’m part of the team- and I get a really delicious sandwich.
Anyone who comes to this subway and says “oh they messed up my sandwich!!” NAY. You basically make your own sandwich here, my friend! Do not speak foul words on this team.
Anyway, 10/10. Will be stopping by forever. Much love.

Waiting are whole lunch time for the still not to take are order their prioritizing online orders versus people who are in store waiting so now we don't get to eat have to go back and do hard work because they don't want to take a order and prioritize someone else no manager at all on site poor attitudes angry at the world but only focusing on their friends orders probably
