Every time I attempt to come through the drive-thru no one ever answers there's always a young hispanic boy who never takes orders when I drive around to the front he will be standing there with his headset on but when I'm sitting there for 20mins he never takes my order

We ordered sandwiches and realized that the total was ridiculous. I asked why it is so expensive and the guy answered that because of mixing different cheese. He never clarified that before doing it and then he said he’d rather waste the food and not sell it to me because it will make the restaurant broke!! seriously!!! I asked for the manager hoping to make it right but he ignored my request. I had to leave after spending time doing my order. So rude!
