Between five employees on a Friday afternoon that was not busy, it took more than 35 minutes to make two grilled cheese sandwiches. No initiative, no apologies, no acknowledgment of the time. The lady who rang us up seemed inconvenienced by our existence.Were they good sandwiches? Sure. But if you’re short on time over lunch, you might want to go somewhere else.

My husband and I went in to shop in our dingy work clothes. They spied on us like we were shop lifting. When we payed for nearly $100 worth of products, plus one of their $20 cheese trays (NOT worth it), the checker was very snooty. We'll be giving our $ to another business next time.

Wow. Super friendly staff, and oh boy the choices, sandwiches and selection of upscale deli and gourmet food items was great. My wife won a Facebook contest and we went up to pick up her win, and purchased a couple of delicious hot sandwiches. Will definitely be back.

We ordered the $20 charcuterie board and received this partial empty plate. The cheese still had paper attached to the rind. It looks nothing like the images they promote. What a sad disgrace of a charcuterie board. Will not be coming here again.

This has become my go to when there is a need for any special treat. I LOVE their grazing boxes. They always have the best selections and work with your preferences. Not to mention at all how affordable they are and easy to order. I’ve had one for date night, my birthday getaway, and this past weekend for family coming into town - they were all perfect and was just enough to satisfy us all. I wish I took a picture of them all.
My mom was so traumatized by the truffle cheese that she had to spit it out. That's how you know you've found a good one! (In all seriousness the cheese is really good she just hates truffle)

They don't open at their time. One of the employees arrived, passed by us and didn't even ask if we want to come in when we waited at the front door. We even waited another 10 minutes for them to open but they still didn't. Was going to check the place out since I saved it for years, now not anymore.

We went tonight to grab a few types of cheese for our charcuterie board and one of the ladies was so rude to us not just once but like three times when we were being super nice. Everyone else was really nice and the guy who helped us was sweet and helpful. We come here often but unfortunately that lady put such a bad taste in my mouth I won’t come back…
