We found out about sweetgreen through a YouTube video about healthy places to eat out from Bobby of Bobby Says. They serve bowls of not only very fresh and healthy ingredients but also very delicious. You can make up your own custom bowl or choose one from their menu on the wall. The servers behind the counter were super friendly and helpful. It helps to know the parking situation and getting in and out before you go in case this is your first time.

I wanted high hopes for this so badly! Tried three times and there are still quite a bit of issues. Staff is still working on being trained and orders have been frequently incorrect including finding hairs in food. Disappointing and wanted more for the price!

So happy Sweetgreen is finally here!! It was always my staple in LA and NYC. Bentonville knows what’s up! It’s the perfect place for an affordable healthy meal. Salads bowls ( my favorite ) and plates. Staff here was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. I’ll be a regular. Try the winter harvest bowl!

Came in for the first time today and the staff was very friendly and gave me some recommendations. I got the winter harvest bowl but with feta cause I am allergic to their goat cheeses. The line was long but dissipated quickly. I had no clue this was here or I would’ve been in sooner! Daniel and Drea were very helpful!

The people seem nice. But If you want extra meat you should come with $30. I’d rather DoorDash a Ruth’s Chris salad at that point.. or go to crisp and green down the road.
Food took forever to come out and when it did the portion sizes were small and not worth the wait.

I loved the Shroomami, except for the tofu. I love tofu but this was the worst tofu I have ever had, it was very hard and felt like it was getting stuck in my throat.

I will rate low this time, because I had food poisoning from eating here. Staff was friendly, restaurant looked clean. I was suggested by the staff to order the Honey Chicken. I personally didn't like the flavor, but still ate it, because that's what I ordered. Around one hour after eating there, my stomach couldn't handle it. I did write to the company to let them know, they said they were going to review with their food safety team. Ingredients seemed fine, I bet it was lack of hygiene from their staff at this location. They offered a refund. I will hate to try again sometime, but do not know when, considering the experience.

It’s very likely that your pick up order misses some ingredient from this store. I ordered steak bowl and ended up going back to the store to add steak in it. Another pick up customer had similar complaints. Staff said “ so I should only add steak in it?!” . No apologies!
