When we entered Table of Joy, there were dirty dishes at the host station. Not a great first impression. The food was delicious, when we finally got it. We ordered an appetizer, drinks, two entrees. The shared appetizer came with no plates to eat from. About this time at least 30 young people came inside to get out of the cold and get hot chocolate and coffee. Maybe six of them got their drinks, mostly they were buzzing around our table which was mildly disturbing. Drinks never came after asking about them twice. The food was delicious, the server was overwhelmed. I think the diners coming to eat should take preference over the teenagers coming in to visit. They never sat down and were crowding our table constantly with their comings and goings. We will probably visit again when we can relax more and it's warmer. It was absolutely freezing at our table which was in line with the door. We were planning to order dessert but were anxious to leave because of everything described above.
Wow, we had an amazing experience at Table of Joy!
We have been to Table Mesa many times and decided to try Table of Joy, their concept kitchen next door. Robert was quick to greet us and made excellent recommendations.
The Indian butter chicken was to die for! Perfectly seasoned and sauced chicken combined with rice and pickled cucumbers blew me away. I wasn’t even hungry and I couldn’t get enough.
Everything was reasonably priced including their wine list. Nice selection of by the glass wine. We will be back again!!

The chips and tortillas were fantastic. We had our dog with us and sat outside and it was great. Food was awesome and so was the margarita.

Hip place. Nothing is clearly defined but when you've been around a lot, you know what to ask for and what to leave out. It's rather easy to navigate. I noticed that they have a "veggie vegan taco plate" (whatever that means). I got the Moe Bowl and asked them to leave out any butter or dairy, and it was filling, healthy and delicious as is their thick chips (less healthy). Updated from previous review on 2024-03-09
We have been here a few times. It’s a highly locally recommended restaurant for lunch/dinner and Sunday brunch. For brunch they made me a vegetarian egg and potato burrito with salsa. I typically get the veggie vegan tacos and hold the avocado (an allergy for me) with coconut rice and Asian veggies. The taste is both comforting and leaves you missing absolutely nothing. It is close to perfection. The portions are decent. They have a great cocktail menu too. Last time we went they were trying out Table of Joy Asian with some new menu items. The lettuce wraps were a large appetizer. It came with a sauce that was too tangy for me, but the wrap filling was delicious. You can also grab to go items from their bakery but I didn’t spot any vegan options. Lots of cakes, donuts, and some quick bites.

The steamed buns were fantastic and the Aku Aku cocktail is deliciously dangerous.
