Every type of Burrito I tried here is so tiny. I can go to a Mexican restaurant and pay same price for 3 times the size.

I did a mobile order about 15 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived, no one was talking to the people in front of me on the speakers and we ended up waiting over five minutes before they even took peoples orders. Then, I finally get up to the window and they were incredibly rude. Didn’t say anything to me other than “What’s the name?” in a tone that sounded like I was being a burden. Obviously, I was nice and answered respectfully. They handed me my bag, didn’t say anything and just slammed the window. I didn’t see the cravings box I ordered and I saw one by the cash register, so I assumed that I was still waiting for the rest of it (which was fine). But then, they opened the window again and was like “Yes?” in a very condescending tone, which annoyed me so I was like “I think I’m missing my cravings box?” They said “No. I packed that myself. You’re not missing anything.” I said, “Ok cool. So, then the items from my cravings box is just in the bag” and they said “Yes?” I responded “Ok thank you” and they slammed the take out window again. This entire interaction just felt incredibly rude.

I will say that the order was correct and my burritos were good, but my nacho fries were hard and old :(

Everytime I come to this specific location, employees seem like it’s a burden to take your order or get orders right I guess? Some are friendly.

Meat is always cold and sometimes looks old or bad. I’ve worked in a restaurant, I can tell very clearly this meat was just pulled out of a cooler and if I’m wrong, based on how it looks AND TASTES it’s not even cooked fully or warm? It’s awful, I love Taco Bell but it’s being ruined on poor quality work ethic in your employees, or maybe the management is the issue which is usually the case? Not sure but giving out cold meat is a health code violation and ill be reporting this to the health department just so it gets looked into.

This Taco Bell sucks the food was everywhere in my bag it was cold and the chicken chalupa shell was extremely hard barley even chicken bits in it looks like it was sitting there for some time and not fresh never going back to this restaurant again

My tacos were short filled. This is not unusual for this location. But I am paying for full tacos. Also the soda machine was broken down as if they had a drain clog or a severe water spill. Parts were removed, but the problem not corrected. Several syrups were out so I could not get my preferred beverage. I have reported this location several times previously and nothing has changed. It is poor management, lack of training and team members with no desire to learn real custom service. The team members have been pleasant, nonetheless.

I go usually at least once a week to get food and I can say that night shift usually does a good job. Occasionally I may get old meat but its usually right. Day shift on the other hand apparently struggles. I order the same thing almost every time and somehow its always messed up. Today i got a very sloppy flatbread melt that wasnt even melted. Half the fillings were on the wrapper and everything about it was cold.

“Duhnelle” hung up on me when I called to tell them they messed up my order, gave me food I didn’t ask for, and then proceeded to tell me “I’m not arguing with you, you can call in the morning” and hung up without even trying to fix the mistake. Terrible customer service and horrible choice of representation of K-Mac. I cannot imagine picking a fast food restaurant as your choice of employment and not even be able to perform your job YOU signed up for, and then not be able to make up for your mistake. Instead you push the problem you caused onto the next shift. HORRIBLE

Are all Taco Bells overworked or understaffed? It takes an extra 30 minutes for your order to be ready

Made a mobile order at 11:30. Show up around 11:45. Don’t get to make it past the drive thru mic until around 12:10. Get to the window and are told “we may not get your order, they’re fighting in the back”. Then a guy from the back says we’re closed (well before 3AM) and not to take any orders. Keep in mind we never got our food or refund from the mobile app payment. Genuinely worst service ever received and still no quesadillas :(

Order a $7 box with a chicken chalupa taco and 5 layer burrito. The chalupa was so stale that couldn't chew it. Dried out and so crunchy. Had to throw out the shell. A worker brought my food without my drink and had to wait until someone noticed I was still standing there before I got it.
